I told them they overcharged me. What I was supposed to pay on booking was different at the checkout and the lady at the desk said she didn’t know why and still proceeded to charge me 199 a night.

Alright shower drain needs to be check for hair ours was full of hair and the shower curtain was ripped.
Pros:

Close to the highway very clean lobby and breakfast area was clean. Also amazing when they came to make the beds. Where made While we were out. The made sure we had clean towels

No parking for guest to many trucks taking up multiple spots or across spots so it was harder to park

Great price through booking at a great location my Then Lady choose but we had escalating prices due to Rodeo Austin the followed by SXSW weekend thst was announced would not happen.

Cons:

A man at the front desk was very difficult to deal with and scared my Then girlfriend terribly by sending the cleaning staff to force her out after I had called from the room to say we were staying and that I would be down to pay after confirming we could reuse our cash deposit. On the last night, my Then Girlfriend’s Birthday, she agreed to pay and got in a rush and went down to do it before I could get her CVC code into my booking.com account and it caused quite a drastic insane rate increase in the price b/c, even though she was trying to be nice, she did not know how to use MY payment system through booking.com and the person and the front desk to pay. Mallory had been great to work with but, The Manager, a man, was impossible on every occasion I dealt with and he forced me out of the room on my THEN Girlfriend’s BIRTHDAY? He refused to let me stay for $500 on her birthday which caused me to have to book a place so far away in San Marcos that b/c of the escalation of price to to the addition of an “OFFICAL UK ARTIST” event invitation, to the announced “no SXSW music. Weekend”, on Sunday that I booked and was canceled on all on her birthday. It was because of my THEN girlfriend’s kindness and confusion on? HER BIRTHDAY, that she LEFT ME and I Have been UNABLE TO FIND A ROOM, since the San Marcos cancellation and stay in New Braunfels. I have been without a room and a a WHOLE BUNCH OF MADNESS, has occurred up off of RUNDBERG, that I am not sure what is going on and need to call CORPORATE ING. Need help, refunds, answers and a solution to my booking.com system of booking rooms that I don’t think will happen by getting her CVC code now that she has Left me. I need help and a place to stay.

It was okay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

It was not disclosed there was construction. That would have been nice to know. Hard to find as the roads were also under construction and didn’t see the sign. There was a sweaty water smell in room. Floor all torn up in elevator lobby on 4. Was a little surprised.
