Each time I come to Austin . I try to stay at the same hotels. This stay was not a good experience
Pros:

Breakfast suppose to start from 6am-9:30 am the breakfast area only had biscuits milk cereal pork sausages oatmeal not through cooking beverages. The staff hadn’t fixed all the breakfast. We had to leave at 7 am for the price of stay this should have been prepared all items for breakfast.

Cons:

When I took a shower two face towels were dirty on the inside of the shower curtains. And tub flight at the bottom of tub. I had to call to get a blow dryer. The lady around 7 pm called saying my card didn’t work that I needed to come to the front desk Saturday night. Was talking to me like I’m the slow one, and saying you’ll are giving me a deal. It’s more hotels and motels in Austin Texas if it wasn’t to late I would have went to another location. No name tags wire at the front desk. This lady needs to be let go. I feel she doesn’t like her job. People take things for granted

Disappointed.
Pros:

The front desk lady was very kind.

Cons:

The location was horrible. Walls are paper thin so heard all the vehicles on the highway and kids running in hallway. Turned on heater and the fire alarm went off I don't believe maintenance is done because it smelt like burnt dust. Breakfast was cold and they seemed unprepared.
