Good location to Hershey swap meet. Not what I expected as far as a Wingate goes. I always felt that they were on par with a Holiday Inn Express. Towels made me sad. Hotels should have towels I'd like to steal. These made me feel that I should go to Marshalls and buy good ones for the room and leave them there

The room is not cleaned unless you ask for it, 3 days into the stay, I asked why the room was not done and was told, it only gets done if you asked, I explained that it was not on the description, on top of it, they only have one staff member doing it, and they would see if they could do it. Breakfast is only bagels, bread, waffles, coffee and machine juice. Business trip, stayed an extra day to do sight seeing, disaster this place, never again
Cob webs in every ceiling corner. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast lacked anything hot, no bacon, no eggs, or sausage. Just apples, bagels, cereal and make your own waffles. Coffee was good.
This was disappointing and I’m unhappy with my night. I left immediately and check into another hotel.
I checked in late after a long drive in.
The room has ants on the counter and night light. Ants crawling on the walls. A bug in the ceiling. I’m waiting on management to call me.
The parking was fine and we were on the first floor. The pool was out of order.
Under the air conditioner there was a pile of water that we had to put three towels to soak up and had to walk with our shoes on because the floor was damp and wet.
They did give us more towels to put down but said we spilled something, however we were gone during the day and came back to all this water, but water just kept coming from the air conditioner or somehow through the window because it did rain.
Because of the dampness the room smelled musty, luckily we only stayed 2 days.

I like the staff they where helpful and very polite, breakfast was nice as well.
The parking area was perfect. But the hotel was not clean at all. The bedsheets smelt like dirty. The towels are in a very bad condition.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
The only saving grace here was the nice lady who checked us in. I ordered 2 rooms and let them know we would be checking in late. One was to be a Kingsize and one was to be 2 queensize beds. The queen room ended up with a king and a sofabed. Both myself and my friend have very bad back issues and would NEVER EVER order a room with a sofabed. I askd for the room I order with 2 queens, and was told that since it was a 3rd party (Hotels.com) reservation, that the mistake was on Hotels,com. and they were completely booked otherwise. Both rooms smelled like animals so bad we had to ask the clerk for some air freshener. The bathroom floor was sooo sticky I didn't want to take my sandals off. Beds were very saggy, very little warm water in the morning. I sent a review which included all of this and more and received a luke warm apology and a promised to "do better" int he future. There was no compensation offered by Wyndham and it has made me decide to no longer use hotels in the Wyndham chaain. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED BY WYNDHAM!!
My room was clean, and fresh smelling, the staff that I did encounter were very polite. The breakfast was area very clean. Over all I would stay here again
Mattresses are very bad. The curtains have so many holes in them that the light comes straight through. Shower has no water pressure. The breakfast was so limited and out of everything but muffins and waffles.
The staff was nice but overall the place was old dirty outdated and the bed was awful springs coming out of the matress and sagging. No sleep at all
This was a great place to stay. We only had one concern when we got to our room, we noticed it had an adjoining door inside, so we were a little hesitant about that because we did not ask for adjoining rooms, and as a safety precaution, we did not want any unexpected visitors. Upon asking the front desk clerk, he assured us the door was not able to be used for they had securely and permanently fastened them shut and also inserted a metal partition between this door and the one in the next room so it could not be opened...after learning this, our concerns were lifted. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the overall stay was well enjoyed, would definitely recommend.
Definitely needs a facelift! Every area had worn carpet, bad paint, & just old looking! Indoor pool was empty. Breakfast was terrible! The room was ok, but needs some TLC.
