Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect location very quiet

The section that I stayed in on the second floor had a bad smell in the hallway. The couch had rips in it. I didn't feel like it was very clean. It was good for the price.

Good experience overall. Staff was very helpful! Manager needs to look at shower and fix leak, but extra towels soaked up the extra water

A really fine place at a good price right off I-85, very convenient if you have a car, safe, good breakfast, clean, great service, etc. will use again.

Check-in was flawless and very pleasant. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet.
Breakfast was well stocked with a lot of options. Convenient location for getting to the airport and far enough away not be bothered by airplanes overhead.

Very friendly staff and great customer service

Good location, nice spacious room with mini fridge. Breakfast was good, nice Greek yogurts in fridge. Ok selection of hot food. Coffee wasn’t great even though it’s supposed to be Costa beans. They should learn how to recycle though, always disappointed that everything is wrapped in plastic with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Area is safe, place is clean, staffs are friendly. Very happy to have FREE parking and breakfast provided. We travelled as family of 5, had a good stay.

It was amazing, just stayed 1 night but hated to leave. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud wanted to take the bed home with me lol

Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and clean rooms

We arrived for check-in at 3pm. We were told there was nobody working that could check us in at that time. So, we waited for about 20 minutes for the clerk to arrive. The hotel was old and dated. The hallway and the lobby had a strange odor. The room and bathroom were very dirty. AC wasn't very cold. The wifi was slow and not strong. There were people loitering in the parking lot after hours that were using drugs. My fiancé and I left about 10 pm that night. We didn't stay overnight because we felt unsafe. There was nobody at the front desk for us to speak with.

Short story we paid again for a room on july 19th and the bathroom didn't work so we had to go back downstairs to the receptionist to get another room. After they were not very cooperative and did not want to refund our stay for aug. 2 because the manager there said that expedia doesn't do any refunds. So no one used this room on August 2 we were from out of state they would not allow us to change the date or get a refund. Even when the room they gave us july 19th the toilet was broken. We have stayed with holiday inn way over 5 years and it was very suprising to hear that there was absolutely nothing they could do for us. They knew nobody was going to come back for aug 2. We tried to explain but the manager didn't even bother in talking with us.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I was comfortable and was able to receive an early check in. I will definitely be staying here again!
