Pros:

I like the location. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The first room we got had hair in the bathroom and the drawer under the television wouldn’t stay close, but the front desk was very prompt and gave us another room. One complaint we had was the alarm clock in the adjacent room went off at 6AM on both mornings we were there and kept beeping for about 10 minutes. We didn’t know if someone was in the room or if the alarm had been preset by previous guest and not canceled. It was very annoying. There is a charge for parking.

The location was 15 minutes from our appointment. The room was clean.
Pros:

The staff were courteous, patient and helpful. The cookies were yummy.

Got a free cookie and water bottle at check in. That was nice

Cons:

Shouldn't have to pay to self-park. Rooms were not very nice considering the price (damage, cleanliness, etc.)

Comfortable bed, but needs a deep clean and refresh
Pros:

Lobby is great. The DoubleTree cookies at reception are always great. Beds were comfortable. The basics, like bathroom sink, tub, floor, etc. were clean.

Cons:

Everything in the room seemed dated and needed a deep clean. The bathroom door seemed nearly broken. The sink was clogged. It did not feel like we got our money’s worth.
