Внешне гостиница выглядела достойно .

Cons:

Заехали в гостиницу, по заселении долго ждали пока нас оформлять . Рано утром всех разбудили по громкоговорителю, как оказалось без причинно. Не вернули депозит 250 $ .. Берут деньги за какое то обслуживание , ни разу сколько путешествуем такого не встречала . Отель не дает обратную связь , ни на звонки , ни почту ….

Great place to stay if you love DTLB
Pros:

I basically liked everything about it, even the destination fee went towards some drinks at the bar in their lobby. The location allows you to see everything in the area. The room was big, clean and felt modern. The view from my room was amazing.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was that the air conditioning was not strong at all. I asked a cleaning lady if it was normal, and we both restarted it, set it to the coldest setting, and I still needed a fan to circulate the air. The hallways are far colder than the room, unfortunately.

I would have expected more out to this hotel chain and the cost.
Pros:

The staff was excellent, extremal helpful and polite.

Cons:

Room had multiple issues, clogged drain, little to no hot water, poor ventilation, dirty floors with stains in the floor, No working ice machines across 5 different floors.

The bed was comfy and the bed making every day was nice.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was bad, they charge you for just parking your car every night even though you have a room and there is no microwave so if you have any leftovers then you have to eat it cold.

loved the view, we were on ocean side............jacuzzi was lovely..........lovely bathroom with nice products.......loved how fast our food was ready from restaurant for pick up....all staff we encountered were great...........loved the $18 per day credit.....nice perk

Cons:

no coffee stirrers, no microwave, there was a pack of dirty gum left on the chair when we arrived..........no herbal tea at the bar wednesday evening..........no robes as mentioned..........but these not a big deal just wanted to mention..........parking should not be extra...........the daily rate is not inexpensive........
