Cons:

We were there couple weeks ago and they still making changes on my card no reason for that. We payed 700 dollars for 2 nights plus parking and they made couple more changes on my card. Very disappointed.

Good room but at what cost
Pros:

The room itself was great and personnel was nice. We were on the top floor and had a nice view. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

In terms of organization this place is really bad. The check-in line was enormous, we waited for half an hour (twice). And it's not like it just happened that a bunch of people arrived at the same time, the line was still there after we went for a walk and came back. On top of that when we finally got to the front, they said that the cleaning was not done and no high floor room was ready yet. But it was almost 5PM already... They suggested a 4th floor room but we specifically paid more money to have a view. So we had to wait until one of the high floor rooms was ready and go through the same huge line *again*. Even if the room itself is fine just this chaos spoiled the mood a lot.
