The restaurant was excellent!
Nice lobby and good restaurant
The staff were very friendly and helpful answering questions. I liked the water hydration stations. The valet was very quick with bring out your car when calling.
It was overpriced, the gym needs some work done, the equipment needs maintenance like the treadmills and back machine. The treadmills were a little loud. The back machine handles were held together with black tape which left a residue on your hands. The ac in the room didn’t work that well. It took awhile for the room to cool down even with the curtains closed.
Everybody was relief, friendly, informative, and helpful. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.
It’s supposed to be a dog friendly hotel but there were a lot of rules and restrictions that made us stay a little bit less pleasant
Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, außerdem war das Hotel sehr gut gelegen und man konnte sehr vieles bereut zu Fuß erledigen.
Das Bad ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Duschvorhänge und eine in die Badewanne integrierte Dusche ist 2026 nicht mehr der Stand der Technik. Wer 185 cm überschreitet muss ggf. unter der Dusche etwas auf seinen Kopf acht geben. Auch der Spiegel geht so langsam aus dem Leim und die Folie löst sich massiv an der Glasscheibe.

The hotel was located very close to popular destinations in Long Beach. Some were within walking distance and others just a short ride away. The hotel lobby was beautiful, and they had a nice-looking bar which we didn't visit.
The underground parking costed $55 for the night, and the garage reeked of urine. We booked a king room but upon arriving were told that we would have to wait for one to become available or we could take a room with 2 double beds. The ac in the room didn't work very well and the fixtures in the bathroom and even the comforters on the bed were well worn. Not what I would have expected from a higher end hotel.

We needed a pre-cruise hotel and a Marriott property was preferable so we chose the Westin for our one-night stay. The hotel is very well located on Ocean Boulevard, close to the Convention Center and other area attractions such as the Aquarium and Shoreline Village. Our room was on the 15th floor on the city side and was well equipped with a mini-fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, toiletries, lots of pillows, outlets, and places to sit. The bed was very comfortable. We received high speed internet as Marriott Bonvoy members, but it did not work well in the room. When we really needed to use it, a trip to the lobby was necessary. We did not use the gym or pool and hot tub, but they looked nice. The hotel charges a resort free, but it was fully disclosed in the booking and actually included some value. Included were an $18 food and beverage credit which we used at the Bluestone Lane for breakfast and a 1 hour bike rental for 2 which we also used. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and would recommend.
