Horribly disappointing. Waste of money. I should be refunded.

Cons:

Hotel room was gross. Visible stains on furniture... sheets had marks, dirty, shampoo missing off wall, towel hanger was askew.

The pool wasn’t big enough and no one attending the pool there were no towels. I also didn’t find the beds comfortable at all.

My stay was great.
Pros:

The Westin was nice but my neighbors had a bunch of kids. It was very loud next door. They did not go to sleep until 2 a.m.

Pros:

The accommodations was great. Food was good. I had dinner one night and breakfast the next day. Really good service. I come to the Detroit area quite often this was my first time staying at this hotel. I will definitely be back

Cons:

I truly only have 2 concerns. The paying for wifi was totally new to me so I didn't do it and the $100 deposit was excessive seeing all other hotels may charge $50 deposit.

There was a short in the light in our bathroom. I didnt notice it til morning. I told the front desk and they said it would be looked into

i enjoyed my stay. the enviroment was cool
Pros:

Breakfast ok. but one staff in the restaurant in the morning wasn't that friendly. maybe she was having a bad day. who knows.

Cons:

The toilet in the regular room where i stayed the first night before i was finally moved to the room i paid for, was very dirty.

The stay was great. I recommend the hotel to anyone in the world traveling to the Detroit Metro are.

Cons:

There was not an online option to use Marriot Bonvoy gift cards. There should be an option in place. I did not want my bank card used to pay for the room. Then I had some other activity occur on my bank card. I had to cancel the card. Now I hope the room fees can be refunded to my new bank card in a more than reasonable time frame., 3-5 days.
