It’s a nice hotel but it was cleaner when I was there a couple of years ago.
Pros:

We stayed here while in town for a funeral. The hotel itself is not awful and the restaurant/bar staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. The bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and the floors appeared to need a deep cleaning.
I was also very disappointed with how a reservation issue was handled for an elderly family member. Apparently, if you call the hotel as my elderly family member did to reserve a room, they use Booking.com. Turns out the funeral date changed and they needed to cancel/move their reservation. The hotel would not refund or adjust the date, and even after contacting Booking.com and submitting a request, the hotel denied it. This resulted in my family member losing about $600.
While the reservation may have been listed as non-refundable, it would have been nice to see some compassion and flexibility given the circumstances. Just be sure to carefully review the policies if booking here. They are NOT flexible and WILL NOT work with you.

Pros:

The enterance to the hotel.

Cons:

The pool is only 3.5 foot deep. Kids couldnt really swim. The hot tub was low and wasnt very warm. The rooms stunk like feet. The receptionist were kinda rude.

A would-be excellent hotel with an interior renovation and better security.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very convenient location. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Security problems like someone trying to break into my room at 2:00 am. Older facility in need of many repairs like broken door handles, dingy carpet and worn fixtures.
