Clean but staff was rude and everything was very over priced. Will not be going back.

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. The lady cleaning our floor was very friendly!!

Cons:

I had to pay to park in the parking garage but it wasn’t monitored so anybody could have parked there and not paid. Hotel guests should not have to pay for parking!
The staff did not do a good job explaining their facility procedures. Example: we paid for breakfast but they did not explain how it worked. We went down to the restaurant the first morning they didn’t ask for a room number so how would they know we had already paid for our meal and the waitress was rude because it was later and breakfast was almost over. She brought us the bill and we should not have gotten a bill. We ended up not even getting breakfast the next day, even though we paid for it.
Also we went to get coffee and the staff seemed too busy talking to each other and were just in a hurry to get us out of there.

Pros:

We loved the room, the lobby and the restaurant for breakfast. It was even nice to see the convention you hosted and talk with some of the people there. 

Cons:

The pool had a broken ladder which made my wife slip and cause bruising. The pool was also cold. The staff in the restaurant were very insistent on clearing plates, some of which we weren't done with yet and made us slightly uncomfortable.
