The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Internet and parking fees are not included. The staff was only mediocre. The staff member who checked us in did not tell us that the upgraded king was not available and put us in a different room. When I approached another staff about the issue (at 11pm) I was informed that it was due to being full the night before and the housekeeper not having time to get the rooms cleaned before our arrival. We did not check in early and we were not informed of the situation by the staff member who checked us in. The staff member at 11pm advised me that my issue was with Booking and to contact Booking about the problem. She claimed my charges could not be adjusted. Afterwards, another staff member compensated us by taking off the charge for parking.
