Perfect stay
Pros:

Flexible and amazing customer service. Attempted to check in early and the guy at reception kindly informed me he would be able to assist me in about an hour. I had lunch at the restaurant and came back and as promised, a room was ready, I really appreciated that. The room was above my expectations, it was large and clean with everything I needed. Spent some time at the pool as well which did not disappoint. Very impressed with this hotel and will always choose this when visit Toronto.

Never again!!!! And if hotels.com keep rating a place like this I’ll never use them again. This is a horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing!!! It’s filthy, outside door to the hallway doesn’t open, had to go all the way down to open another door to get inside the hallway doesn’t and walk to my back to my room.

Cons:

There is not a whole lot to like about this place. The room has a stanch in it. Overall I can’t believe they are rated 4 star hotel, one or two at the most maybe

My only issue was that the guests in the next room were noisy with their young children around 1 am and woke us up.
