Pros:

L'hotel é una bellissima struttura, i servizi igienici sono poco pratici e scomodi, ottima colazione, l'unica pecca i succhi e l'acqua devi chiederla ai camerieri (poco sorridenti)

Cons:

Poco disponibili alle esigenze delle persone , é stata chiesta una camera con doccia anziché con vasca (visto che c'era un disabile) ed è stato chiesto un sovrapprezzo esorbitante.

Pros:

Le confort de la literie, la vue sur Toronto (chambre 2106), très bon petit déjeuner, décoration de la chambre

Cons:

L’alarme incendie a retenti à deux reprises dans la nuit (à 00h et à 3h du matin) sans qu’aucune explication ne nous soit transmise.
Le café n’est pas bon.
Aucun service en chambre disponible.

Prijs kwaliteit was prima.
Pros:

Prima hotel, aardig personeel.

Cons:

Nette kamer maar technisch achterstallig onderhoud, douche schakelaar kraan/douche defect, toilet verstopt, brand alarm ging 3x vals af, klinkt ook als slecht onderhoud.
Ook hier extra parkeerkosten van $20/nacht (deze hoefden we achteraf niet te betalen vanwege het brandalarm)

Staff are all so Friendly
Pros:

The view from the room was so beautiful specially during sunset and at night. We got a complimentary upgrade which was really nice. The crew are all so friendly, from the lady in the kitchen who remembered what drink i ordered and offered the same the next day without me asking, i dont remember her name, and to Rachelle from the frontdesk, she was very thorough in explaining the invoice, very polite and with great customer service. Breakfast is also decent. There are a lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Cons:

It’s quite far from downtown toronto especially with the traffic. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night andnit happened twice in 2 hour intervals, so that was unfortunate.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The facility is lovely and in a beautiful location. Our room looked out onto a wooded garden with twinkling lights in the trees.
I cannot give high enough praise about the staff. Absolutely everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful and always smiling. I am so glad I found this gem of a hotel. Next time I come up for a play we will stay there again

Comfortable room
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast buffet included in my rate. The king-size bed in my room was very comfortable. While there wasn't much of a view I was able to watch some airplanes in the night sky.

Cons:

Lovely hotel that is doing work on its elevators resulting in delays. It was a minor inconvenience.
