Best Buffet Breakfast
Pros:

Appreciated the mountain view and the breakfast buffet was the best of our Copper Canyon/El Chepe tour (we stayed at five other hotels). Wonderful having a bathtub en suite. Sauna and pool were not open during our visit.

The bathroom ceiling had a water leak. Which fell directly on the toilet. Very inconvenient to get dropped on by a water leak while using the restroom.

The room we got was in bad shape, broken bathroom sink countertop, towel rack bent and ceiling drywall was in need of repair. Mentioned these things to the front desk and a wall outlet was the only thing repaired. We were never offered another room for our 5 night stay.
