Location, staff friendly

Cons:

Very noisy street - from 6am there are either garbage or delivery trucks rolling up the side alley. Daily wake up call.

Convenience location.
Pros:

Location was so convenient. Pool and spa were appreciated by the kids. Porter let us store luggage for $5/bag while we were away in Vancouver Island.

Woud have liked to have connected rooms for kids and parents rooms.

The hotel was perfect for our FIFA match at BC stadium. Something like 6 minutes walking distance.
Pros:

Our room was a pleasant surprise. Self contained with a microwave. Very convenient.

Cons:

Didn’t like the food at the restaurant. Ordered chicken tikka masala, tasted like it was from the tin and the rice not well cooked.

Location was great! Arrival staff were great giving us complete information on where/how to park. Check in was smooth. Only problem was the Elevators not fully working. One was not working the entire time we were there. Long wait times.
