Great location, friendly helpful staff, and comfortable room.
LOCATION, ROOM SIZE
Waiting for the elevator to come without knowing when and where it is now' was crazy!!! Must notify the gusts the status of the elevator.
Stayed 4 nights in a cityview king suite corner room with balcony. The room was comfortable, in good working order and all staff very professional and efficient. We particularly enjoyed a late lunch in the restaurant; delicious and an excellent value. The location is outstanding with many transit stops nearby; and convenient grocery market next door. The only issue we experienced, at checkout, 25-30 min wait for an elevator down from the 28th floor. Admittedly, staff said not unusual on summer weekends at check out time, 11am. A solid choice for a downtown stay.
Booked one night here before our Princess Alaska cruise. Great convenient location in the heart of downtown. Staff are wonderful. Dinner at the Fanny Bay Oyster Co. was outstanding. Will def stay here next trip to YVR.
Excellent location
Furniture a little bit old
Very comfortable stay and great location in downtown Vancouver. Excellent facilities with a gym and swimming pool.
Enjoyed our stay. Arif at the bell desk was outstanding and made us feel like VIP’s. Elizabeth at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Very nice room. Great location.

Love the property and the people were incredible. Stored our luggage while we went around town. Room was cute, but on the small side. Bed was not that comfortable but was happy to have the fold out sofa for our little one.
Cost was on the high side, but hotel was very walkable
Prima ligging, fijn zwembad

Location, staff friendly
Very noisy street - from 6am there are either garbage or delivery trucks rolling up the side alley. Daily wake up call.
Nice hotel and a great location. The room was comfortable and clean as well as spacious. The price is high for what you get. The executive lounge is very basic which is becoming an issue for Diamond members who have spent a lot of money over the years to acquire the status and benefits. The U.S. typically doesn’t have lounges anymore but we rarely have an issue finding good ones elsewhere. The hours of operation were not great, and when that’s the only place in the hotel you can grab coffee and tea without going to the restaurant, it’s frustrating. I think the price point is too high for this property. It’s a very nice hotel, it’s just not worth the price they charge.
Location was so convenient. Pool and spa were appreciated by the kids. Porter let us store luggage for $5/bag while we were away in Vancouver Island.
Woud have liked to have connected rooms for kids and parents rooms.
