The location was the best part of the hotel. The rooms were lovely and nice staff.
Pros:

The rooms were a great size with a good view. Staff were friendly and the location was superb.

Cons:

The foyer bar/lounge area was a huge let down. The lounge seats were not comfortable and you felt like the area was an after thought and too small. The layout was so strange. The breakfasts menus were good if you stayed for a couple of days but not varied enough for a weeks visit. They had an area shut off which looked like it would normally be a buffet but this wasn’t an option when we stayed. It was Christmas time and the bar had sports on the TV permanently. The pool was too cold and thought it would be a little warmer due to winter temperatures.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of downtown!
Pros:

It was very central and close to shops & restaurants.

Cons:

There is only 2 elevators.

Cons:

Spa was good but small, the pool was outdoors, the sauna was small and its location was very tiny and stuffed in the corner.

Upscale Hotel located in the middle of Downtown. Walking distance to everything!
Pros:

My son and I flew into town last minute on bereavement. This hotel was the closest Hilton to my Grandmother's Hospital being only 8mins away. When our flight landed, my son and I taxi'ed to the Hotel. It was quite late and we were greeted by Kano and Marco (Overnight Crew) at the front desk. Both were extremely welcoming and professional. Kano even upgraded my breakfast to the hot buffet due to our circumstance. We didn't realize that we had flown in during the Pride weekend celebration as well as a few other concerts, so the next evening was sold out. Swetha (Morning Crew) had spoken to my Diamond Desk agent to open up a room for my son and I for the evening. We ended up staying a week at this hotel, and enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms are spacious and clean! The location is prime and in walking distance of lots of restaurants, cafes, stores, etc. All of the staff literally went above and beyond to accommodate my son and I. They were all so sweet and eager to help. I plan on staying here again the next time I fly back in town.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with a quick ‘staycation’ and thoroughly enjoyed everything that was offered

Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, and the room was great.

Cons:

Extremely small detail but the lighting in the bathroom was very bright and would have been great if there was a dimmer bulb in there to adjust depending on time of night.
