Location location location!! Right on Robson, walking distance to shopping and attractions, right across the street from the Vancouver Public Library, steps away from BC place! AMAZING LOCATION!

Cons:

Skør nabo i værelset ved siden som råbte meget også om natten og de havde hunde på værelset som hylede om aftan / natten - heldigvis kun den sidste nat, men meget mærkelig opførsel fra deres side!!!

The location was the best part of the hotel. The rooms were lovely and nice staff.
Pros:

The rooms were a great size with a good view. Staff were friendly and the location was superb.

Cons:

The foyer bar/lounge area was a huge let down. The lounge seats were not comfortable and you felt like the area was an after thought and too small. The layout was so strange. The breakfasts menus were good if you stayed for a couple of days but not varied enough for a weeks visit. They had an area shut off which looked like it would normally be a buffet but this wasn’t an option when we stayed. It was Christmas time and the bar had sports on the TV permanently. The pool was too cold and thought it would be a little warmer due to winter temperatures.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of downtown!
Pros:

It was very central and close to shops & restaurants.

Cons:

There is only 2 elevators.

Spa was good but small, the pool was outdoors, the sauna was small and its location was very tiny and stuffed in the corner.
