Everything else. Poor service, bad soundproofing and very expensive for a tired hotel. Our room was never even serviced after the second night of our stay. Very disappointing.

The staff member at check-in got my reservation mixed with someone else even after looking at my ID, tried recharging me even though I prepaid via 3rd party. Supposedly corrected it but when I was leaving at the end of my stay, I decided to verify my check out was all good to go. Turns out the staff member still had not checked me in properly & I was going to be charged. The staff member at checkout was very knowledgeable and corrected everything, Thank you! Overall a great stay.

Elbert at the valet station greets every guest with a smile and a sincere welcome. Once the guest enters the lobby of the Westin Galleria, they are met with more friendliness and professionalism. The valet team was amazing and helped me while I was staying onsite. Elbert, Josh, Spencer was very helpful. Elbert also called Sam to help me with rides to different places. Jerrell and Shirley was helpful as well.
