A localização era muito boa e as infraestrutura também, a piscina, academia e o serviço.

Cons:

Poderia ter duas cadeiras para jantar no quarto.
Tiveram alguns problemas de infraestrutura do quarto como uma luz que não apagava (que no segundo dia foi resolvida) e um pedaço do mármore do piso estar quebrado. Não foram coisas que estragaram nossa estadia, mas com uma manutenção poderiam evitar acidentes principalmente no banheiro.

Super Frühstücksbuffet! Auch viele mexikanische Speisen.

Cons:

Schallisolierubg der Fenster war unzureichend. Laute Gespräche auf der Straße konnten auch im 3.OG gehört werden.

Casi perfecta... debe mejorar el aislamiento del ruido
Pros:

La habitación es excelente, al igual que el diseño y es cómodo. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y elegantes.

Cons:

No hay aislamiento de sonido en las habitaciones, o si lo hay, no es muy buena. En las calles del hotel se encuentran unos bares qué ponen música a todo volumen en las noches y crea malestar que no permite descansar del todo bien. Deben de mejorar ese aspecto.

Una excelente opción en una muy buena zona de CDMX

Excelente ubicación, la zona de Reforma tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas a solo unas cuadras, también es muy seguro para caminar a cualquier hora. El hotel y el personal excelente.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el A/C de la habitación, no estaba funcionando. Le hice saber al personal pero lastimosamente no pudieron hacer nada para solucionar. Me volví a hospedar unos días después y se aseguraron que mi habitación tuviera el A/C en perfectas condiciones.

Pros:

Bonne localisation, très grande chambre, personnel très gentil, super Rooftop

Cons:

Impossible de nager dans la piscine, c’est plutôt un bassin pour se refroidir. Comme souvent en Amérique du Nord, il n’y a pas de bouilloire et la machine à café était fatiguée.
