Pas ce que j'espérais
Pros:

-Chambre spacieuse, confortable et silencieuse. J’ai bien dormi pendant tout le séjour.

-Excellent emplacement, au cœur de la ville. Plusieurs attractions, restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied.

-Le personnel de la réception a été courtois et aidant lorsque nous avons signalé les problèmes rencontrés.

Cons:

-J’avais payé un supplément pour une chambre signature sans tapis, mais la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait un tapis.

-Après avoir signalé le problème, nous avons été transférés dans une deuxième chambre où nous avons trouvé plusieurs cheveux et poils dans les lits.

-Une troisième chambre nous a ensuite été attribuée. Elle était plus acceptable, mais il y avait encore des cheveux autour de la toilette et dans la douche. Nous avons décidé de ne rien dire, car c'était la troisième chambre qu'on nous octroyait.

-Le service d’entretien ménager a été inconstant tout au long du séjour : bouteilles d’eau manquantes, capsules de café non remplacées et tasses utilisées laissées dans la chambre.

-La pression de l’eau dans la douche était extrêmement faible.

-Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience ne correspondait pas aux standards que j’attends d’un hôtel de cette envergure, particulièrement en ce qui concerne la propreté et l’attention aux détails.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Galeria Plaza Hotel Reforma.
The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help us start our mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from El Angel de la Independencia, Castillo de Chapultepec, restaurants y actividades para divertirse.
