La ubicación y el hotel en general es muy cómodo.
Por la noche el fin de semana se escuchaba muy fuerte la música, fue difícil dormir en una ocasión.
I liked the location, it was near the turibus for tourist stuff. Restaurants and shopping eas near. My most expensive Uber was 15 usd roughly and it was easy to get around. The metro is also near.
Staff was great, they let us keep luggage at the hotel so we could explore before check in. Wifi was great, no issues.
The noise level was good inside the rooms. You could hear stuff from time to time but it was quiet overall.
Room size was great for two people. The gym is small but has all the basics. The pool area is nice.
I didnt have expectations going in, the hotel is ideal for tourism or a business trip.
The water pressure in the shower isnt super strong. But the water gets hot or cold fast.
I couldn't check in super early (hotel has lots of guest, it speaks to the hotels popularity).
A tired hotel with average food and service . The staff is disengaged . The prices do not reflect the actual value .
The location was great next Reforma. Good restaurants walking distance.. was easy with getting a taxi

Ubicación inmejorable. El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier duda. El desayuno es muy completo, variado y con comida local. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, nuevas y limpias.
