wir waren nur zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel - in beiden Nächten war laute Musik von ca 2-5 Uhr morgens zu hören (lt Hotel aufgrund einer privaten Party nebenan - es hätte mehrere Beschwerden gegeben…)
This hotel was the last of 12 hotels in which I had stayed, during a 7-weeks trip to colombia, brazil and mexico.
It was the best: welcome, room, service, breakfast.
On my final afternoon, I asked a receptionist to speak with the manager, because I wanted to share this with her personally.
I was told she's in a meeting, and she'd call my room later.
She never did.
Ironic, isn't it?
I couldn't compliment them on the service, because of a failure in service.....
PS - add a ramp from the street to the sidewalk, for wheelchairs and heavy luggage.
There was a major problem at check-in. We checked in at 4:30 pm on the 11th floor. We were told that our room was not ready. I inquired with no logical explanation. The young lady said that the room would be ready in about 15 minutes. We waited, and the 15 minutes turned into over an hour. There was no real explanation. To make up for the inconvenience, the manager sent up a cheese tray. That was fine. Except we are both lactose intolerant.
We have stayed at your hotel many times. This was not up to your standards.

Nice hotel with good prices located near both Condesa and Roma Nte. Close to public transportation. Very nice buffet breakfast. Club floors with extra amenities. Safe area. Rooms are good size and beds comfortable.
Loved our week long stay at Galeria Plaza Reforma. Amenities abound at this hotel including several onsite restaurants, gym, pool and spa.
Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of fruits, berries, yoghurt, pastries and a hot buffet that changed daily. All day bottled water, soft drinks and snacks. Nice Happy Hour. Location felt safe to walk and most tourist sites are a short Uber away.
They need a new reliable coffee machine. Maybe even a second machine to handle peak times. Rooftop pool is small but functional and it felt good to soak my feet in it after a long day of sight seeing.
Very attentive, welcoming staff. Flexible to our needs, requests. We really enjoyed our stay and the area is wonderful.

The hotel’s location was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, including the bathroom and TV. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel..

The carpet was a bit stained in the bedroom.
The front door has no sound isolation and you can hear anyone walking and leaving the room in the morning but that’s only a few times a day.
