Pros:

Location and staff was very friendly

Cons:

Our view was a parking garage and the size of room for being a deluxe was small , pool was not warm neither was the hot tub, and Starbucks dosent open till 9am

Excelente opción en el área de Reforma
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, el desayuno variado y muy completo, el servicio excelente y la piscina en la terraza agradable. El hotel queda a una cuadra y media del Angel de la Independencia, y muy cerca también del Bosque de Chapultepec, restaurantes, bares, etc

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

It’s in the centre of the city, surrounded by many restaurants and bars and the door staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was nice, suitable for young children with a smaller pool.

Cons:

We had a late flight and asked if there was anywhere to freshen up beforehand but there wasn’t. The check in staff didn’t particularly make us feel welcome but the door staff were helpful.

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel était très très bien placé.
La chambre était propre et confortable. Tous les équipements étaient de qualité.
Le personnel était adorable et serviable. Nous devions quitter l’hôtel un jour de manifestation autour de l’hôtel. Un mot nous a été déposé dans la chambre pour nous prévenir de partir plus tôt. Nous avons apprécié cette attention.
Petit déjeuner de qualité et varié!
