Comfortable, convenient and fun in the heart of Mexico City, we enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The roof top with pool, location with a lot of restaurants and convenient stores, safe, the view of one of the iconic monuments, the “angel de la independencia” comfortable room and it’s quite good for sleeping, also I like the restaurant and coffee shop inside of the hotel.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is super busy during daytime and the pool could be cleaner

Small and noisy rooms
Pros:

Great location within zona rosa, two blocks away from El Angel. Very walkable to restaurants, cafe, and even anthropology museum. We were on the 8th floor and were woken up every day by the traffic and honking happening in Reforma. Rooms were extremely small but they had everything we needed. Unfortunately we found a small roach in our bed on our last night which kind of tainted our whole experience. The staff was attentive and offered to give us a new room.

Good hotel for a short Mexico City visit!
Pros:

Centrally located hotel in a very interesting part of the city. Friendly staff that was always there to help.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but quite expensive. Does not compare to cheaper alternatives in the city with more choice:

Pros:

Location was great pool was also nice. Hotel is decent, rooms could be more cleaner.

Cons:

Didn’t like that they wanted to charge us for room slippers that are usually free in hotel rooms. Had informed them to put up some decor for my husbads birthday, when I arrived there was nothing but they did send cake slice and cookies. Upon requesting again, they finally put up some balloons for his birthday which was great.

Amazing service from staff...felt like home
Pros:

Spent the week at Galeria Plaza. Great location. What really stands out is the service from bellhops, security, front desk staff to room attendant's. We spent the money for the executive club which is so worth the money. Great food selection to start the day and beverages thru out the day. Jose León was outstanding at helping me and my family. There were 6 of us and he remembered all our names and was super attentive. Yahir and Astrit provided amazing service. They all made our stay amazing and can't wait to see them on our way back to the DF.
