Pros:

El desayuno es correcto. Quizas faltaria un poco más de variedad. El personal exepcional. Nos ayudaron a encontrar restaurante para cenar cerca del hotel. Leonora super atenta.

Would have been great to stay under better circumstances but overall a great stay with even greater staff
Pros:

Location is fantastic for foodies with multiple great restaurants around, a mall close by, supermarket and bakeries.
We had to extend our stay due to geopolitical reasons and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us with everything from breakfast to extending our stay to cleanliness, the works. Hats off to Mr. Daniele who is a star and the rest of the staff were amazing as well.

Cons:

The place is a little out dated and the TV functions are limited, no A/C during our stay (dictated by the season and not the guest temperature preference). Also room service only starts at 5pm.

Personnel d'hôtel très attentif à leurs clients
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant,le fait qu'il parlent plusieurs langues nous met à l'aise tout de suite. Le personnel est toujours là à nous proposer leur service.

Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от стадиона San Siro. Я была во время Олимпиады. А также рядом со станцией метро, можно удобно добраться до центра. Есть подземная парковка прям в отеле с лифтом в отель. И недорогая. Вкусный завтрак. Удобная кровать. Тепло и чисто. Тихая улицам, спала с открытым окном. Есть халат и тапочки. Мне сначала сказали, что завтрак включен, потом что нет. Но когда я уточнила, сказали, что включат завтрак бесплатно. Было видно что сотрудники очень хотят сделать твое пребывание максимально удобным. Они старались. Это дорогого стоит. В комнате был сувенир от отеля, баночки с медом
