Não gostei do atendimento da recepcionista a qual fiz o check in, pois devido um imprevisto só consegui chegar no hotel no dia 04/04/26 e tinha feito a reserva do dia 03/04 ao dia 05/04. Informei a ela se poderia alterar a reserva para do dia 04/04 ao dia 06/04 mas ela disse que eu teria que pagar uma nova diária para o dia 06 e que a diária do dia 03 eu tinha perdido.
Outro ponto negativo foi que o quarto estava com o ar condicionado sem funcionar, fui questionar isso e informaram que o prédio todo estava assim.
