Choose a different DoubleTree or go to the Hilton Garden down the street! this hotel needs a full renovation! TVs don't work properly - outdated system, restaurant menu has very min options, I've seen small town bars with bigger menus than this! Food is barely average! Clocks don't work in the rooms. Some of the furniture is broken. The maintenance on this hotel is slightly below average! This hotel is a disservice to the DoubleTree name!

Hotel franchisees stop being cheap with maintenance and upgrades! This reflects poorly on the customer experience expecting a high standard with the DoubleTree brand!

My husband, my 16 year old daughter, and myself were traveling to the area for a lacrosse tournament. We had made reservations for a double bed, queen room three weeks prior to our stay with a deposit put down. We received our confirmation number at that time, and we received several emails confirming our reservation the week of our stay. We were traveling to the Chicago area from St Louis after work on Friday, so we did not arrive until after 10:30 pm. We were shocked to arrive at the hotel to find that they did not have a double room for us. We were told that we could fit in a king room with one bed or they would be willing to “cancel our room reservations for free.” Really? You’d charge us for your mess up? No one offered another solution to help us find another room in the area at 10:30 at night when we had a game at 8:00am the next morning. We contacted management to leave a message. They called back on Saturday and offered to give us two king rooms for Saturday night, but we’d already settled in another hotel and we were out at a tournament so didn’t have time to pack up and relocate again. Again, they said they would have their boss contact us on Monday. After not receiving any phone call or email, we contacted them via phone calls and email. We are yet to receive any assistance or response, and it has been two weeks. Poor business model of treating the customer with common courtesy.

Horrible experience. Hotel staff worked together to trick you into paying tips, then Hilton Guest Service, receiving my complaint, replied by saying they’d “welcome me go there again”.

I booked room with breakfast, but during breakfast I was given a bill to sign. Being frequent traveller I could not recall clearly what breakfast arrangement was booked, so I paid, with tips of course. Then I verified with front desk, who confirmed my room didn’t include breakfast (I was told no room came with breakfast). Next morning the same of course. When checking out, the front desk said: “Oh your room did include breakfast (I think all rooms came with breakfast), so we credit you back the breakfast charge, but keeping the tips.” I argued that if breakfast was included, there shouldn’t be a bill and normally, no tips were to be paid. They insisted charging the tips.

It is obviously the front desk was working with restaurant on this. They deliberately gave me conflicting information and tricked me into tipping them. My biggest disappointment was that Hilton Group, when receiving my complaint, played dumb as if they didn’t understand what happened.

Worst experience. When issues were brought to hotel staff, they gave minimal help. Bare minimum. Rooms don’t get serviced so you have to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels, and for your trash to be removed. Instead of sending supplies to your room, they just go in back and grab the towels and TP and hand them to you to bring back to your room.. Tried asking for assistance via the app and was completely ignored. Had issues with room temperature, lights and outlets not working. Pool was closed but they failed to mention that at booking or checkin and didn't offer any sort of consolation. There was a prostitute, walking the halls and harassing our group. The website says the hotel has restaurants and bar. No they offer breakfast service and the bar is only open during the week. Overall, worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel of any brand.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

The problem was not the hotel the problem was that they cancelled my reservation due to a card error but i never got notified the hotel was full I did not have anywhere to stay. It wa a horrible wxpweience. I get it was not the hotel but the service yet they failed me!!!!

Very quiet in the hotel, extremely clean room, and a very safe area. Close to shopping and excellent restaurants. Staff members are very sweet, warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
