The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center

The location was great. It was the halfway point between everywhere we wanted to go. The Westin is one of my favorite hotels.

Location. It was a unique setup.

Rooms need maintenance, but good atmosphere and location is very convenient.

Nice breakfast, good amount of food and great taste. Emebet & Abdul were great, energetic and super kind!

Breakfast was delicious at the hotel! Abdul was our server and he was so friendly and attentive. Even though it was busy at breakfast, he made sure everything came out perfectly and attended to all our requests.

Great stay!!! The location and atmosphere are perfect. The hotel staff was on top of everything single need. We had a toilet paper holder issue and they came to fix it. We had a broken drawer issue and they apologized with free breakfast for all our friends. At breakfast Abdul and Emebet were absolutely welcoming and agile with the food needs and service.

Great location just few blocks from the White House. Had breakfast at the hotel, the server Emebet was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service at the front desk, restaurant and bar. We enjoyed Abdul, who made our breakfast very fun!

If you’re staying at the Westin DC, make sure you come down for breakfast — the staff are the reason my mornings here have been so good. Abdul, Emebet, and Sentu are absolute standouts. From the moment you walk in, they greet you like an old friend: warm, funny, and genuinely caring about how your day is going.

One morning I had to dash back up to my room, and without me even asking, they made sure my food stayed warm so I wasn’t stuck with a cold plate when I came back down. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that tell you people actually care about the guests they’re serving.

Hospitality like this is rare, and the three of them have it in spades. They turned an ordinary hotel breakfast into something I looked forward to every day. Thank you, Abdul, Emebet, and Sentu — you made my stay!

From check in to check out this was very good. Ravi at check in and Sintu the breakfast waitress made every effort to satisfy our stay.The hotels location makes for an easy stroll to the major sites.

Ember is an absolutely lovely human always provides great care for the attendees of the restaurant! She is kind, consistent and thorough!

While visiting my son in the local DC area, this is our first choice of hotels. The staff there is beyond compare. It is nice towalk into a place and people remember who you are hats off to the bartender and Emebet and Abdul servers at breakfast. They actually care about you and the service they provide. The fact that they have been there for so long shows their commitment to the property hotel is centrally located easy to get around. They offer valet parking, but you could also park around the block for a cheaper price. Our room was fantastic. Comfortable beds, and extremely clean. We will continue visiting this hotel.

Abdul at the breakfast place in the hotel told me to post good things about him. He was kind and is a great server. It was the breakfast I've had. There are many breakfast choices in DC this is one.
