Food was good, staff was friendly.
No parking to accommodate guest, the rooms weren’t sound proof and construction going on during our stay. The room was subpar.
Had a wonderful breakfast at the Westin. Our waiter, Abdul, went way out of his way to make it enjoyable…and he has a great sense of humor and an infectious smile. Than you Abdul!

The service we received at breakfast with Abdul was excellent!! Abdul was attentive and very welcoming. Breakfast options were good and the food was fresh and tasty. The rooms are comfy and clean. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent experience - Sintu was exceptional and couldn’t have been more hospitable and welcoming.
Abdul at the lobby’s restaurant has such a great spirit! He’s so caring and always has a smile as he’s serving. Not to mention he’s one funny guy too with his one liners. He made sure my family and I were well taken care of and my coffee cup was never below half full. Amazing guy! I wish more people had the same level of energy in customer service roles. We are looking forward to seeing him again tomorrow. Everyone should get a lesson in Customer Service & Experience from Abdul.

Emebet and Abdul are top notch! They greeted us with smiles and great service every morning. Lots of energy, enthusiasm, and willing to do friendly sparring with my silly brother, which is a feat in itself. They are perfect for the job and you don't always find that anymore! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center with our family. The room was clean and comfortable, and our kids really enjoyed their stay. We also liked the bathroom setup, which had a clean and modern walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. A special thanks to Ravi, who assisted us during check-in and was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable family stay.
We arrived around 9 PM after a long day travelling from New York to Philadelphia and then to Washington DC, our kids were already very tired. Thankfully, the check-in process was incredibly quick and smooth. Ravi at the reception was so kind, welcoming, and helpful.
He gave us a map and even took the time to explain the area, including recommended cafés, places to eat, and other useful tips for our stay. It was exactly the kind of warm welcome we needed after a tiring journey.

The location was great. It was the halfway point between everywhere we wanted to go. The Westin is one of my favorite hotels.
I think the staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. Room keepers came around a little too late.
