I thought when the outside was a little dingy and it looked a little sketchy, but it turned out that it wasn’t. It was fine. It is a little bit dingy and old outside, but it was great inside and the room was really clean and nice.

Cons:

Every time we stay here, I phone and email ahead to ensure a feather free room as wife is severely allergic to feathers/down. About half the time it is not successful. This tells me there is no quality control. This time when I checked in they assured me the room was feather free. In fact, two of the pillows were polyester, but the remaining two were down/feathers. I put those pillows out in the hallway.
Clearly the house keeping personnel do not check/read the pillow tags and management does not check to ensure quality control. Very disappointing and frustrating.

How you don't offer breakfast with your stay i went to another four points & they had breakfast included with the room not a la carte....
