Will NEVER stay here again. Very unhappy

The room was very clean

Cons:

Didn’t like The air temp was set and could not be adjusted. You had to pay to park either 20.00 to drive around the back of the building and park in the garage then go to the elevator and go to the hotel. Or pay 30.00 for valet only options. Also I prepaid but when I got there they charged N additional 125.00 to hold for damages if any were to happen.

Close to Tampa Airport. It was a standard business hotel, with one part of the building used as offices and the other as the hotel.

Other than the parking issue the stay was very good.

Disappointed
Cons:

I usually stay at Marriott and this one did disappoint. The air conditioner in our room was not working. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the walls and the toilet seat was only hanging on by a bolt. We did to bring this up to the front desk and they offered us breakfast. Unfortunately, we took them up on that and the breakfast was not up to par at all. I will stay at Marriott again however I will say I am disappointed with this location.

Pros:

The Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The Location was nice, able to walk to several restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend.
