I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were spotless and well maintained, which made everything feel comfortable and relaxing. The airport shuttle was right on time and the driver was just as friendly and professional. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience — I’d definitely stay here again!
I stayed here at the end of January/beginning of February for the Kings of Leon concert taking place downtown. At that time, Gasparilla (a local pirate-convention) was dominating front desk traffic, which could have easily made things rocky, but the property was well staffed, and the staff on duty were all attentive and kind. The morning of my arrival, the front desk team was organizing a cruise-line group that was heading out to sea that morning, but I was still able to check into my room before the 4pm check-in time. The front desk agent, I believe her name was either Shyla, smirked when we asked about Marriott Bonvoy elite amenity options, because unbeknownst to us, wine, crackers, cheese, and fruit was already dropped off in our room. Additionally, we were given a 1pm late checkout applied as a courtesy because we didn't know if we would be able to make our plans the next day. (We wanted to go to the Tampa Zoo, but it was very overcast with intermittent rain.) The location of the hotel was also great, with a Barnes and Noble and a mall within a 7 minute walk of the building. This made the short wait for our room feel fly by. Overall, this is a great property ran by a great team that cares for the guest experience!
Really enjoyed the Westshore Grand in Tampa.
Location was perfect for business conference and the convenience of the location, with ample amenities not only at the hotel, but within direct walking distance of outside shops and resturants.
Never even had to move the car for the 3 nights / 4 days from the FREE parking.
This will be my venue of choice the next time in Tampa.
