Great venue and location!
Pros:

Really enjoyed the Westshore Grand in Tampa.

Location was perfect for business conference and the convenience of the location, with ample amenities not only at the hotel, but within direct walking distance of outside shops and resturants.

Never even had to move the car for the 3 nights / 4 days from the FREE parking.

This will be my venue of choice the next time in Tampa.

Cons:

Sleepless Night Due to Constant Noise - No Resolution

We experienced a terrible night's sleep due to constant mechanical noise from an adjacent room, as well as intermittent dragging sounds from the floor above throughout the night.

This was particularly distressing as my 84-year-old mother was with me.

I complained to reception and the manager on duty that same night. While they acknowledged the issue, we could not be moved to a different room as the hotel was fully booked. The manager promised to refund our stay after we reported the issue to Booking.com.

Despite this promise, we have not received any refund. The hotel has stopped responding to our messages, and Booking.com informed us that the hotel has refused the refund request.

Extremely disappointed with both the poor room conditions and the lack of follow-through on the promised compensation.

Best 4 star Hotel in Tampa

The hotel looks excellent and is very well maintained. From the moment you arrive, everything feels clean, modern, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all amenities in perfect working condition The price is also affordable and less noise.

The hotel offers all the necessary facilities, including well-kept common areas, reliable Wi-Fi, ample parking, and courteous staff who are always ready to help. The ambiance is calm and pleasant, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay with good amenities, a neat appearance, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Decent stay but not worth the price
Pros:

The hotel has some nice features, but overall it wasn’t the best experience for relaxation. The breakfast was actually good You can book breakfast with your stay or just order it there, so it doesn’t make much of a difference.The downside is that many of the amenities are shared with commercial spaces. The bar, coffee area, lounges are open to the public, which means less privacy and more crowding. The pool was closed during my stay, and while they do offer a shuttle to another pool, it feels like you might as well book somewhere like Embassy Suites where the amenities are included and private.
For the price, I expected more especially since the rooms only have cable and not smart TVs or streaming options. Overall, it’s a decent hotel if you’re just passing through or on business, but not the best choice if you’re looking for a private, relaxing getaway.

The shared amenities with the businesses, no access to the pool, no privacy.
