Stylish urban stay! Loved it!

Clean and stylish! The vibe was spot on for the age of the building. Staff was charming and helpful. Valet guys awesome! Well done!

Pros:

The valet staff was exceptionally professional and pleasant!

Cons:

The fact that you aren’t really given a choice on whether to valet or not. The alternative is possibly parking on the street. The elevator didn’t work. The front desk worker who checked us in was very unfriendly and not welcoming. If I had to encounter her again I wouldn’t return

Cons:

First the internet didn’t work. After calling the front desk several times, I was told that he never heard of that before. It eventually worked but only in the suite area and not the bedroom. The toilet was not working properly and the sink in the bathroom drained very slow.

It was an ok stay
Pros:

It was nice and clean, staff was great!

Cons:

Location wasn’t the best and I didn’t like that there was no onsite parking , but the valet parking staff were very kind and accommodating.

The location to the venue we were going to.

Cons:

There wasn't any apple juice at breakfast and the milk was warm. Also there was only sausage for breakfast no bacon. Not bad bad things just observations.

Comfortable- quiet- elegant with a good southern breakfast.
Pros:

Convenient to my event. Elegant look and feel.

Cons:

Wasn’t sure about parking. Front entrance pull in is tight. Ended up Valet parking because of lack of parking.

Noisy party hotel with no privacy or rest!
Pros:

Staff was amazing & so courteous, helpful , rooms exceptional.

Cons:

Our room was right by the elevator, and just above the valet/entry to hotel. Patrons were so noisy exiting the elevator-often talking in the hallway (12 midnight thru 4 am). At 5 & 6 am patrons getting in & out of vehicles then had 20-30 minute conversations. I have never been more exhausted in my life!
