Great location, historic hotel building, and great city views from the top floor breakfast room
Pros:

Very centrally located near the art museum, in an historic building, with a large comfortable room.

Cons:

Lack of mini market facilities, although this may have been because of refurbishment

It was close to the event we went to see

Cons:

The ac didn’t work and apparently they knew it because they had a box fan in the room for you. The weed smell next door was awful specially when people have children staying in there.
