Didn’t enjoy it
Pros:

The hotel was cool because it was older and had charm, the room was large & updated. The room was clean, the location of the hotel was in walking distance to a lot of things. Valet was great.

Cons:

Hotel was under renovations so when we got there, they didn’t have a restroom we could use. My wife and kid had to walk a few blocks away to a church and ask them to use the restroom, that was insane after being in the car for hours. We were extremely hungry and there wasn’t a restaurant in the hotel like it said online so we door dashed pizza and it arrived 3 hours after it said it would which isn’t the hotels fault but we saw online they had food their and they didn’t… kind of needed to know that before we arrived with a hungry kid. Over all I’m extremely disappointed and wish I could get a refund bc the stay was so bad. The housekeeping BEAT on the door at 8:25am and checkout wasn’t until 11…. That woke the kids up and threw their entire schedule off for the day.

Great experience. Highly recommend the convenient valet services.
Pros:

Great location downtown. Close to the Legacy Arena venue for the Phil Wickham concert.

Cons:

We were bummed that it was under renovations so a lot of the historical aspects of why I booked the stay, we couldn’t see.

Great location to walk to everything downtown.

The location & the historic feel to it

The a/c in the room never got cool as we had it set to 60.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, and the area was clean. Hospitality staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Renovation was going on, so there was no air conditioner (very hot and uncomfortable) in the rooms. We were not told upon check in.
