Nice and comfortable
Pros:

It was convenient to many restaurants and the BJCC. I felt safe walking around as well. I also enjoyed the limitless supply of coffee. The bed slept very well!

Cons:

The key card was aggravating to use on the elevator. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not so much. And it would be nice to add a hook or something in the bathroom to put your towel on

The staff at check in and check out was AWESOME!!!! During our stay the Valet was AWESOME!!!!!
i will be staying at The Tutwiler AGAIN!!!!
Breakfast was delicious and hot.
Room was perfect and the location was AMAZING!!!!!

I wouldn’t stay again, especially for the cost.
Cons:

The hot water didn’t work in the sink. The fridge only halfway worked. The valet took forever getting vehicles and wouldn’t give us our keys so that we could just get the car ourselves. The TVs weren’t smart, so we couldn’t connect to streaming options. We didn’t even see the meat for breakfast until our second day, after we’d already gone to get frozen breakfast to warm up.

The breakfast was fine. I would've like more variety with the fruits and drinks.

Cons:

The room looked dingy. Stained carpet and furniture. The television didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. The ice machine was in a room that didn't have a sign so you had to open random doors to try to find it.

NICHOLAS AT THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT! I FORGOT MY IPHONE CHARGER IN HOUSTON. HE ALLOWED ME TO BORROW HIS PERSONAL CHARGER - WITH A SMILE!!!

WHEN MY FRIEND AND I CHECKED IN, THE AA WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT PLEASANT AT ALL! SHE BARELY MADE EYE CONTACT. IT APPEARED SHE'D RATHER BE ANYPLACE ELSE. UNFORTUNATE.
