Pros:

Great customer service, my wife had trouble with the gate in the parking garage and the gentleman at the front desk gave us complimentary valet parking.

Pros:

First, let me say that Mia at the front desk was fantastic. She was very kind and understanding and allowed me to check in early with no problem.

Cons:

I had called several times asking for an early check-in since check-in was at 4 PM and I had a wedding at 4 PM. I kept getting the runaround and told to call back tomorrow. And then when I call back tomorrow, the person was not very professional or kind and said call back tomorrow. When I landed and called Saturday morning, the person on the phone simply said no you can’t check in early and almost hung up on me. My stay was fine, but was tainted by the rudeness and lack of customer service over the phone.

Would not recommend because of safety issues.

The interior lobby was beautiful and the view was amazing,

Cons:

The room felt run down, the parking situation was AWFUL, and the interior lighting inside the room was terrible. We had the worst experience ever with guest's literally fighting (we called the front desk and they sent security up) and trying to access our adjoining door, all the while they smoked weed and it permeated the hall and our room. The $32 parking fee was way too high and we had to wait over 40 minutes to have our car brought around,

Pros:

If you don’t have valet park for you, it’s a five minute walk to the hotel valet is $35. Breakfast is not included almost $200 a night and no breakfast is served to you. It gets charged to your room. Staff is pretty rude.

Awesome valet!
Pros:

I went to the restaurant and I decided to use valet. The valet was so friendly and helpful! A warm smile on a cold night!!!!
