I like the location.

Cons:

What O didn't like is that there was no door on our shower or some kind of lip to hold the water in so it was running into the sink area not cool. Also the lighting by the sink could be better not into the mirror.

Pros:

The staff was not helpful, housekeeping was not helpful, room service closed at 9P. We were unable to get room essentials that were not provided at check in, such as towels and glasses for the room.

Anniversary night away
Pros:

The view at night is beautiful. The event we attended was right in the hotel. A big reason we chose to stay. Overall we enjoyed our time in the location!

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was not the best, the shower temperature could have been hotter for my likings, and the bed was not as soft as what I’m used to sleeping in.

The whole hotel was hot, the room was HOT, the bed had bugs, and the shower door did not stay closed which got the whole bathroom floor wet.

Cons:

Bathroom Floor was dirty and sticky.
We left at 7am, never showered.
Bathroom vanity was falling apart (2nd time we saw this same thing on a prior stay)
Inside of bathroom vanity was filthy.
We will never return again.

Not a whole lot, Room was average , no complementary Breakfast ?, which I get at Hilton Hotels, so I was disappointed on that ,they were out of coffee in the lobby every day and they were asked to refill but they acted like it was a major deal to do it so we just got coffee on the road ,

Would stay here again
Pros:

Very clean, bed was comfortable, the pet friendly aspect was wonderful! And it was walking distance to the venue

Cons:

My dog barked for maybe 5-10 mins because there were children in the hallways throwing a ball and being noisy and I got a call from the desk about a noise complaint. No biggie

Amazing
Pros:

My experience with Valet was excellent. Tyler was very attentive and helped us along through the process with any questions that we had. Tyler seemed to also take really great care of my vehicle. My experience was a 10/10 and I am looking forward to coming back.
