Pros:

The location is perfect. We come in from out of town at least once a year for Walleye and Mudhens games and we always stay at the Renaissance because it is conveniently located and we are able to walk to both!

For the price we paid requested rooms together or close 2 different floors. Housekeeping sucked
Pros:

Went down to to coffee at 9 AM And the free coffee was gone and they weren’t refilling

Cons:

House keeping could have cleaned up the coffee spill that was left the first day, should have remade the bed and provide the extra towels we asked her directly for. Left the dirty coffee spilled washcloth and gave us just one.

Еда была сносной.

Cons:

Пол в номере ужасно грязный, страшно было наступать на ковер. Номер очень маленький, кондиционер не работает от слова совсем. Было 75 градусов по фаренгейту. Техник пришел к нам в номер и сказал, что ничего сделать не может. Номер нам не заменили. Самый шумный смыв туалета в моей жизни. Это просто невероятно громко. Ванная комната очень маленькая. Дверь в ванную также закрывается с удачным скрипом. Шумоизоляция отсутствует. Слышно все, что происходит в соседних номерах. Вода в душе только горячая. Все работники престранные. Ощущение, что остановились в мотеле придорожном.

First, let me say that Mia at the front desk was fantastic. She was very kind and understanding and allowed me to check in early with no problem.

Cons:

I had called several times asking for an early check-in since check-in was at 4 PM and I had a wedding at 4 PM. I kept getting the runaround and told to call back tomorrow. And then when I call back tomorrow, the person was not very professional or kind and said call back tomorrow. When I landed and called Saturday morning, the person on the phone simply said no you can’t check in early and almost hung up on me. My stay was fine, but was tainted by the rudeness and lack of customer service over the phone.
