The hotel is beautiful and has a great vibe and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful with lovely Molton Brown products. I enjoyed the curated selection of products in the mini bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at Nonna was delicious. I was even able to make a dinner reservation for a large group on short notice.
Very minor things: it would be nice to have a complementary bottle of water each day and it was difficult to turn on the shower without a spray of cold water on the head!

Location was perfect. Will be even better once construction on the street is completed.
room was on the same side as the construction site. Construction began at 6am. Was not able to rest from construction noise once started.

Street condstruction
exceptional
The location is excellent. Next to Hemisphere Park and La Villita, walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk, but also close to more eclectic venues on S. Alamo Street. Our room was very comfortable and quite. There are two excellent restaurants onsite, and a great lobby bar and rooftop bar. This hotel was built in 1906 and still has that charm - but with modern furnishings. Hotel staff were exceptional.

A cool place to stay near the Riverwalk.
We loved this hotel!!! So close to the River Walk and the price was amazing. Older hotel and smaller but rooms were updated and beautiful!!! Loved it and will most definitely stay here again!!
