Pros:

Struttura eccellente al 99,9% ( per quello che mi riguarda ). Staff gentile e competente , struttura Pilia, colazione eccellente.

Cons:

Solo 1 cosa ….. problema personale . Nella mia camera era presente la vasca da bagno. Il problema che le manopole per aprire, singolarmente il flusso della acqua per accedere alla doccia, e’ problematico perché esse sono collocare in maniera , francamente , scomoda per gli utenti . Invito il direttore ad andare a provare per credere ….detto questo, complimenti per tutto il resto.

WE WERE 6 NIGHTS, EVEN AFTER 3 DAYS THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, WE WENT TO THE RECEPTION TO EXPRESS OUR PROBLEM. THEY CAME TO CLEAN THE LAST DAY.

Struttura magnifica, ma personale deludente.
Pros:

Camera ampia e pulita, in un edificio d'epoca elegante e raffinato. La posizione è ottima e anche la connessione Wi-Fi funziona benissimo. Anche la colazione era buona.

Purtroppo, il servizio è stato molto deludente.

Le due addette alla colazione erano pessime: niente saluti, volti inespressivi e sembravano infastidite quando ordinavamo da bere. C'era un'atmosfera terribile, nonostante tra di loro chiacchierassero allegramente.

Per quanto riguarda il check-in, ammetto la nostra mancanza nel non avere il documento d'identità di nostro figlio di due anni. Tuttavia, avendo viaggiato molto in Italia con l'altro mio figlio di 7 anni, non eravamo mai stati rimproverati per questo riguardo a mio figlio: abbiamo sempre soggiornato senza problemi con la tessera sanitaria o l'autodichiarazione, quindi eravamo del tutto impreparati a una simile rigidità.

L'impiegata è stata irremovibile, ripetendo solo "No" e rifiutandosi di farci entrare solo perché mancava "soltanto" il documento del bambino di 2 anni. Stiamo parlando di un bambino di soli 2 anni. Il suo approccio è stato meccanico, privo di empatia e di qualsiasi volontà di aiutarci. Avrebbe potuto almeno consultare il suo superiore per trovare una soluzione, invece di chiudersi in un rifiuto totale. Un vero peccato.
