Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in dem schönen, stilvollen Hotel, unsere Erwartungen wurde übertroffen.
Pros:

Wir haben anlässlich unserer Reise zum 10. Hochzeitstag ein Upgrade für das Zimmer bekommen und zur Begrüßung wurde uns eine Flasche Prosecco mit einer persönlichen Glückwunschkarte auf das Zimmer gestellt. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück in dem herrschaftlichen, historischen Saal ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war erst vor Kurzem renoviert worden und die Betten haben für einen entspannten Schlaf gesorgt.

Es hat uns alles gefallen, es war nichts zu beanstanden.

Service war generell sehr freundlich und kompetent; Besonders beim Frühstück.
Das Frühstück muss besonders gelobt werden, da wirklich alles da ist und sehr aufmerksam ständig nachgelegt wird.

Cons:

Die Lage unserer Suite. In der ersten Etage, direkt über der Bar im Atrium und daher extrem laut. Ich befürchte, wir haben diese Suite bekommen, weil wir über booking.com gebucht haben (es wäre nicht das erste Mal, dass wir auf diese Art dafür "bestraft" wurden...)
Das Layout der Suite ist unglücklich. Es gibt kein "Suiten-Raumgefühl", da kleines Schlafzimmer, kleines Extrazimmer mit Sofa und zu langer Flur... Schade. Badzimmertür quitscht, eine Abdeckung an eine Hängelampe fehlte, einige Griffe an den Schranken waren lose - also nicht, was man von einem Leading Hotels of the World erwartet.
Software: gut - Hardware: verbesserungswürdig.

Such a wonderful hotel. Timeless elegance - and so very close to St Marks square. We stayed here on our honeymoon -- and returned in 2025 some 30 years later :)

Tudo maravilhoso! Instalações confortáveis, ambiente acolhedor e funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. O hotel é muito confortável e tem uma localização perfeita, perto de tudo. Vale muito a pena!

Destaque especial para o café da manhã, que além de excelente, é uma verdadeira experiência. Tomar o café da manhã no Baglioni Hotel Luna é inesquecível: o salão, adornado por deslumbrantes afrescos do século XVIII, transforma cada momento em pura arte.
