Pros:

This is not just a hotel - it is a benchmark of hospitality. The location is brilliant, the quiet luxury of interiors is astonishing, the restaurants are amazing, concierge service and staff in general are super professional. I don't think we will ever stay in any other hotel in Tokyo. The Japanese set of restaurants is awesome- unfortunately we did not have time for all, but shabu-shabu and tepan are must try experience. So stylish, so professional! And live jazz in the lobby, and Evian SPA.... We can't wait to get back.

Cons:

You can miss the Tokyo outside the hotel, cause The Palace has it all, really.

Pros:

We had an amazing time at Palace Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The view from the room is great. The stuff is very courteous and welcoming.

The hotel is centrally located which really helps in exploring Tokyo. The breakfast has a lot of great choices, and there are a lot great dinner options at the hotel as well. We definitely want to stay at the Palace Hotel again when we visit Tokyo next time.

Beautiful hotel near Imperial gardens
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location near the Imperial gardens and palace. Close to metro station (runs under hotel). Helpful and service oriented staff. The breakfast buffet is pricey but the food and selection is excellent. A very luxurious hotel to stay at.

Great hotel and better service
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Outstanding staff and service. Wonderful location. Convenient to the train station. Great room overlooking the Imperial Palace with a balcony.
We did not use the restaurant or bar, but both looked great. We did room service for breakfast and the timeliness and delivery were great.
