Great location, not so great staff (except for valet, they were wonderful.
Pros:

It’s in a great location and walkable to a lot of great restaurants and grocery store, such as Trader Joe’s and Erewhon.

Cons:

The staff always seemed annoyed that I wanted something.

I asked if we could get room service, since it has been two days without one and they said they needed a one day notice to that done. That’s fine, but I wish they told me about that.

In addition, we went to the pool and they had a QR Code scanner for the menu and a number to call to order. So we called the number to order and the front desk person was again annoyed we called them instead of the kitchen, when all we did was called the number on the menu!

Pros:

Elegant and modern hotel. Very well located. Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn’t prepared when we arrived, even though they knew the booking was for four people. Internet was working properly in our area.

Amazing stay at Le Parc!
Pros:

I had such a great experience staying at Le Parc! The location is incredible, safe, and so much to do. The rooftop pool was definitely my favorite part, the views were incredible. Great staff, clean, no notes!

Pros:

The room is very nice and spacious; I loved having a separate living room & bedroom. It made the room feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the other furnishings were very modern and esthetically pleasing. Everything was very clean & the room service was great, however for the price, I did expect a bit more of a refined experience.

Cons:

The room was located close to the elevator, so the noise coming from that was quite loud until late into the night. Also, upon check in, the room had a strange odor, so I opened the window to air out the space... after a couple of hours, I started to have a headache and a bit of nausea, so I had to have maintenance come to the room to turn off the gas in the fireplace. After another hour or so, the smell was completely gone and so were my symptoms and it smell didn't return for the rest of my stay, so I knew it was the gas. The property did take my concern seriously and sent someone quickly, which was much appreciated.

Excellent boutique hotel in West Hollywood
Pros:

Karla and her team were outstanding. Extremely clean room, awesome roof top pool with food and libations. Excellent service beginning with the fast and efficient valet drivers to the entire food service team including Iram and Pedja. The best in-room dinning for breakfast. Lite dinner in Knoll. Catherine was professional and helpful. Thank you team Le Parc!

Couple starting road trip
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed and lounge. It was generally very quiet and we were able to sleep well. Staff were helpful and pizza we had from restaurant was yummy.

Cons:

When we requested a kitchen set, it didn't come with washing up liquid or a tea towel.

Great place
Pros:

I stayed here for a weekend. It was such a cute hidden gem. The staff were so friendly. The girl who checked me in Loida was nice and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future.
