Pros:

Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Gutes Frühstück (bis auf den Kaffee) Freundliches Personal. Der Spa - und Poolbereich war gut, durch die Fotos hatte ich jedoch höhere Erwartungen und war etwas enttäuscht.

Cons:

Der Automaten-Kaffee beim Frühstück war der Wermutstropfen.

Good location, nice breakfast and spa center with swimming pool
Pros:

Location is good and H5 has station near the hotel. Very good breakfast with a great offer. Spa center and swimming pool are working till 22.00 and we were in possibility to use that even after check-out.

Cons:

We were satisfied with all. There were some problems and misunderstanding concerning key and room number but it was quickly resolved and as an apology we got free welcome drinks

Az elhelyezkedés csodálatos,személyzet egyes tagjai nagyon kedvesek.

Sajnos a megszokott 4*-ot nem hozta a hotel :a bútorok kopottak,elhasználtak és elavultak a szőnyegek foltosak,a vìznyomás nagyon alacsony,a törölközök szakadtak voltak,az ágy kényelmetlen,a wellnes részlegen a vìz hideg ,a finn szauna külön választva férfi-nőire?,bútorzat elavult .....

Абсолютно все заслуговує похвали. У проживання включено СПА. Нажаль, через короткостроковість перебування не вдалось його відвідати, але виглядало якісно за свої гроші. Неймовірно зручні ліжка, та асортиментні сніданки.
