Pros:

Grounds, nice grass and outdoor jungle gym for little ones to play

Cons:

Aircon is not controllable. Has to get the technician 3 times and they tell l you to set it 5degrees less than your desired temperature because it's a water cooling system not traditional one. Either way whatever you attempt to set it too, it doesn't reflect. After 2 days managed to get it to 23.5 in the room but at night it goes cold to 21degrees even if you set it to 28/30degrees. Do not stay here if you require aircon.

Pros:

A beautiful and comfortable hotel with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and our children didn't want to leave! The staff were outstanding—everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
We did experience one issue with our reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel staff handled everything quickly and professionally. A big thank you to the team for their excellent service. We would be happy to stay here again!
