Important information:

For safety reasons, a baby cot is only available for infants up to 10 months old.

Children aged 6–12 and below can only use the Sauna and bath under adult supervision of the same gender. Children aged five and below are not allowed to use these facilities.

The fitness gym will be temporarily closed from March 18th, 2025, 23:00 to March 19th, 07:00 due to carpet replacement work.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.

Please note that construction work is taking place at 14:00-18:00, 04/01/26 to 30/01/26 and some rooms may be affected by noise.


Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, pero por un precio inferior, me hospede en un hotel mucho mejor de 4 estrellas, mas moderno y mas lujoso. Me he hospedado en hoteles de 5 estrellas en Kyoto, y no hay comparacion, instalaciones, y desayuno mucho mejor. En el desayuno un huespued escuchaba su celular en vivo a TODO VOLUMEN y fue muy desagradable para todos, el personal del hotel no hizo nada al respecto.
El desayuno no era bueno para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas.
No me senti en un hotel de 5 estrellas.

非常舒适 交通便利的酒店

2 nuits confortables avec une situation idéale
Pros:

Emplacement et confort au top.
Situation parfaite à 6 minutes à pied de la station Shinagawa avec les différents JR et shinkansen. Chambres spacieuses, bain à bulles et accès onsen et salle de sport. Magnifique jardin.

Cons:

Très compliqué d’avoir des chambres l’une près de l’autre quand on voyage à 5 avec 3 enfants. Mais le personnel a tout fait pour nous rapprocher voyant notre déception d’avoir deux chambres à des étages différents alors que l’on avait réservé 4 mois avant et fait la demande d’avoir des chambres au moins au même étages. Donc un peu d’angoisse au début mais finalement le personnel a été au top. 👌
