Important information:

For safety reasons, a baby cot is only available for infants up to 10 months old.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.

Please note that construction work is taking place at 14:00-18:00, 04/01/26 to 30/01/26 and some rooms may be affected by noise.

Great location. Everything you could ask for.
Pros:

We’ve now stayed there three times and love it. Staff are wonderful. I enjoy the spa. Best of all - the gardens and being away from the bright lights and noise while being a short walk from a major train hub.

I recommend this hotel in Tokyo if you want to enjoy Japanese culture from day one .
Pros:

Very good stay in Tokyo nearby biggest train station . Big and nice area with beautiful garden . A lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast in hotel was amazing.

Cons:

El hotel se encuentra en una zona de construcción, horrible ubicación, ruido y muchísima gente. El acceso a coches es complicado y para llegar al hotel tienes qje subir una calle empinada. El staff es serio y reservado. En ocasiones sentí que me miraban con mal aspecto. No arreglaban el cuarto hasta la noche. Un día nos tocó llegar 8pm y apenas lo hacían.
NO VENGAN a este hotel. Por lo que pagué, podía conseguir cosas mejores.

El hotel es muy lindo, pero por un precio inferior, me hospede en un hotel mucho mejor de 4 estrellas, mas moderno y mas lujoso. Me he hospedado en hoteles de 5 estrellas en Kyoto, y no hay comparacion, instalaciones, y desayuno mucho mejor. En el desayuno un huespued escuchaba su celular en vivo a TODO VOLUMEN y fue muy desagradable para todos, el personal del hotel no hizo nada al respecto.
El desayuno no era bueno para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas.
No me senti en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
