Pros:

My room was extremely well presented and comfortable. The choice of lighting was great and the bathroom was lovely(just a small amount of touching up required to door and shower door for it to be perfectly presented). The ambience within the hotel was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was excellent
Pros:

Bronagh was exceptional in her work of securing a table for six at Glovers Alley restaurant, when it seemed impossible. Her communication and updates on her progress were remarkable. Thank you Bronagh we greatly enjoyed the family reunion and beautiful cuisine
