Everything was exceptional. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in every way. The food was delicious and prepared well. We will always stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel when we're in Dublin. No place else like it.

My stay was very disappointing.
Having beautiful interiors and premium toiletries isn’t what makes a hotel luxurious. The Fitzwilliam is missing genuine hospitality, courtesy, and care for guests. There was a clear lack of communication from the moment we checked in. The front desk was completely unaware of the requests I had communicated through Booking.com and direct emails with the hotel.
In fairness, the staff were pleasant, but it seems like there are problems with the hotel management itself. The way they dealt with later issues that arose during our stay was not that of a five-star hotel whatsoever.
Sadly, my stay did not meet expectations at all.

Beautiful hotel very well situated in Dublin; walking distance from St Stephen’s Green, trinity college, Grafton street and more. Delicious and abundant breakfast.
The rooms were on the smaller size for the price paid. There is no pool or spa. Gym is very tiny.

The doors to the rooms slam very hard , I know they are fire doors, but perhaps they could be adjusted slightly.

I felt very safe looked after and welcome in the hotel. Concierge helped me locate my purse which I left in a shop on my journey to Dublin. I totally appreciate the effort they went to locate purse, contact me to keep me informed, they went above and beyond.
I was sure when I booked that breakfast was included as that is such a beautiful start to my hotel experience. I was surprised to learn it was not included.
Check in desk so friendly and efficient. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms.
Liked all of it, but was a little pricey and doorman seemed very serious and not particularly friendly. Overall, these are minor items.
Great room and easy walking to all attractions

We got a standard room which was fine but only had a very small window on the corner of the building so very close to the next wall. It was just a little bit dark.
