Gutes Hotel in einem TOP - Skigebiet
Pros:

Ein modernisiertes, schönes Hotel. Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite) sehr geräumig, modern, sehr gute Betten und mit einem schönen Bad und Balkon. Sehr freundliches Personal und der maximal komfortable Zubringer zum Lift. Ladeanlage für E - Autos in der Tiefgarage verfügbar. Auch: Schöner beheizter Aussenpool - ideal nach der Piste.

Cons:

Frühstück gut, allerdings Eierspeisen gegen Aufpreis für ein 4 - Sterne - Hotel ungewöhnlich. Zum Abendessen hätten wir uns etwas mehr regionale Küche gewünscht. Das ist aber Geschmacksache.

Pros:

Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. Tolle Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Sehr sauber und großes Zimmer. Perfekte Lage, um Ausflüge in die Dolomiten zu unternehmen. Gerne wieder.

A gem in Val Gardena. A welcoming family run hotel with exceptional facilities.
Pros:

The size of our apartment was perfect for a family of four. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was an easy walk to town and very central to the ski slopes. We appreciated the daily shuttle to and from the mountain and the gear storage room.

Cons:

Nothing. We loved the whole experience.

Fantastisch verblijf in een geweldig hotel op een praktische locatie in een schitterende omgeving.
Pros:

Allereerst, waren het diner en het ontbijt waren erg goed. In vergelijking met andere hotels and restaurants in de omgeving waar we lunchten waren we erg onder de indruk van de kwaliteit en presentatie van het diner. Het diner met meerdere gangen was altijd uniek, verrassend en heel lekker. In het bijzonder tijdens de Kerst. Onze complimenten aan de chef! Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na een dag kenden ze onze voorkeuren voor de drank bij het ontbijt en diner. Onze complimenten aan de Argentijnse gastheer die altijd in een goed humeur en erg behulpzaam was. De faciliteiten waren erg goed: een grote kamer met genoeg kasten en een balkon, fijne bedden, een grote badkamer, een verwarmd buitenzwembad met verschillende locaties voor een bubbelbad en een wellness centrum met verschillende sauna's, een skilocker room (waar het gehuurde materiaal door de verhuurder gebracht en opgehaald werd) en een inpandige garage voor ca. 6 auto's. Elke dag kwam iemand langs voor een grondige schoonmaak en konden we gebruik maken van een shuttle bus of verschillende (gratis) skibussen die stopten op haltes die zich slechts op enkele meters van het hotel bevonden. Het was 10-15 min lopen naar het stadscentrum waar restaurants, supermarkten en skiliften te vinden waren. Vanaf de skipiste was het ca. 5 min lopen naar het hotel.

Cons:

Het internet had iets sneller gemogen volgens de kinderen. Voor de rest was alles geweldig!
