Boa estrutura e conforto do quarto!

Cons:

serviço de valet demorado, atendimento sobrecarregado (a Starbucks fora do padrão e gerida pelo hotel), horários pouco claros e inconsistentes do room service, falhas na esteira da academia, reposição básica do quarto deixou a desejar e ruídos/limpeza em horários inadequados no corredor! Restaurante com funcionamento limitado sem aviso claro.

Pros:

O café da manha é razoável. As frutas são boas, e o serviço de cozinha também, mas há muitos produtos industrializados. Pães são industrializados e o atendimento é "robótico".

Cons:

Edificio bem antigo com algumas partes reformadas. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas esperava bem mais.

I see dead people...
Cons:

Atención pésima. Olor a humedad. Literal la experiencia es un viaje en el tiempo... lugar tenebroso, tétrico... poco mantenido, sólo le falta solo un fantasma. Muy lejos de ser un hotel 5 estrellas.
