Pros:

Gostei dos funcionários e das áreas comuns. O roomservice estava bom.

Cons:

Achei o quarto um pouco envelhecido, sobretudo o banheiro, que não tinha nem uma touca de banho e nao gosto de shampoo e condicionador no sistema usado. Também não gostei da feijoada.

Cons:

Banheiros mofados, porque todos os hotéis da rede Mercure ultimamente tem banheiros mofados no Brasil? Além do mofo do banheiro, torneira pingando e com mal funcionamento. O quarto estava ok mas o barulho dos equipamentos de ar condicionado era muito alto. Café da manhã bom mas equipe um pouco desorganizada.
