Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. They give towels ,iron and toiletries. Shower gel , shampoo ect in big 440ml bottles.Other hotels gives small bottles. And they give warm cookies on arrival. That was a nice touch. And we ordered from room service and the prices were very reasonable and the food was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I have no dislikes. They cater for the businessmen,couples and families.

An unforgettable experience.
Pros:

My room was spectacular, and the hotel setting is absolutely beautiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay. The buffet restaurant was outstanding—especially the Indian selection, which was truly impressive. I also loved the restaurant staff uniform batik shirts; the fabulous half-printed blue design paired with white is so striking you should consider selling them! I even asked to buy one.
Congratulations to the entire team on a wonderful experience.

Tout, petit déjeuner fou , 3 pôles de cuisines différents, vraiment gargantuesque , et le fait que ce soit ouvert jusqu'à 11h.
Piscine très sympa !
Personnel au petit soin , service de conciergerie pour les bagages, Check out tardif et Check in 24/24

Отличное расположение и шикарные завтраки
Pros:

Отель расположен очень удачно: до башен Петронас (Twin Towers) и центра города можно дойти пешком примерно за 10 минут.
Номер большой, с панорамным окном, много света и ощущение простора.
Бассейн отличный — чистый, комфортный, приятно проводить время после прогулок по городу.
Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — это просто восторг. Огромный выбор блюд, разнообразие кухонь, отличное качество продуктов и прекрасная организация. Персонал на завтраке работает на высшем уровне: внимательные, вежливые, всё быстро и чётко. Очень понравилась зона с зеленью — можно самому срезать свежий салат. Еда действительно одна из лучших.

Cons:

Номерной фонд уже уставший — отель не новый, это заметно.
Ванная комната нуждается в обновлении, чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Ковролин в номере также выглядит загрязнённым, что, к сожалению, портит общее впечатление.
Готовьтесь отстоять очередь перед заселением. Очень многолюдно.
