Bespoke and impeccable service

The moment I step out of the the taxi the bellman greeted me with a warm infectious smile and made my day. This hotel is blessed with such amazing and affable staff who is ever gracious and polite. special mention to Unish,Royce, Rosana,Amely,Odelia,Stephanie,,Shalinda, Magi’s,Eloise, and Sumatran, This staff represents the bespoke and impeccable service attitude, The Breakfast spread was the best I’ve encounted with a scrumptious spread of Chines, Indian and Malay cusines, The club facilities was top notch with a good spread of mini meals. It is so fulfilling you can consider as a good dinner option. the rooms were clean and spacious, The location was stratigically located within a shopping mall and metro stations nearby. The hallmark if the stay is definitely the warm delicious cookies the provide, This will be my go to hotel in Kl for my future travels, Mr Daniel the GM is so blessed with such a passionate and dedicated team that runs this hotel with such impeccable service and guest experience.

Pros:

飯店在百貨公司裡，有天橋可以通到捷運站，不怕雨天，路程不算太遠，不過，我們也都坐計程車居多，樓下有美食街，超市，便利商店，麥當勞，冷氣有點冷，水壓可以，但玻璃門的膠條沒有密合，所以洗完澡，洗手台那有積水，但還能忍受，飯店硬體設施不差，check in時送的餅乾很好吃

Pros:

Very central location.. Good room size and clean.. Comfortable bed. Just 5min walk to the metro. Several restaurants on the ground floor to choose from.

Cons:

Not much choices for breakfast if you are not into Malaysian, Indian or Chinese cuisine.

Very nice hotel with kind staff
Pros:

It’s a beautiful, modern, comfortable hotel and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the many vegan options at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and great neighborhood.

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in KLCC
Pros:

Staff members were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. We had an early check in two hours ahead of schedule. Well located in the heart of the city.
