Generally, it is a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast selection is good, wide varieties of food to choose from. Quality of the food is excellent.
Location of this hotel is accessible to amenities and even KLCC.

Cons:

My booking comes with free access to the business lounge, however if i knew it only operates till 8pm, I would not have opted for it. I was expecting it to be open till midnight to allow me to chill and catch up on work.

Pros:

L'accueil et gentillesse du staff.
Proche du quartier des Petronas e t d'un arrêt de métro, avec passerelle d'accès direct à l'hotel.
La salle de sport, vue sur la piscine, sont fantastiques.

A grat staycation hotel in the middle of KL
Pros:

I like that the location is convenient and connected to the Intermark Mall. The food spread during breakfast buffet was also very nice. Check in & check out process was smooth and fast.

Cons:

Everything is exceptional except the complimentary cookies recieved during check in. It was hard cookie instead of soft cookie and the taste was so plain, not buttery at all. Still, great quick sugar pick up

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The Double tree is connected to the Intermark Mall which is very convenient for a quick shop. City centre and close by to most places.

Totally enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree!
Pros:

The room assigned by the staff had a great view of the city and mountain and had a couch that is quite big as well. The staff was also very helpful with my questions. The room bed was also very comfortable.

Lovely, Relaxing and Very Comfortable. Hilton u did it again :)
Pros:

We recently stayed at the hotel as a family of two adults and one child, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards our child, which we truly appreciated.

The amenities were well-maintained, and the breakfast options had a good variety to suit both adults and kids. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions.

Cons:

There was hardly anything i dint like. Probably just a suggestion to improve the breakfast area space as too many people accommodated in the small space.
