Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. Location is great: just 15 min away from Petronas Towers. Breakfast is diverse and tasty, while a swimming pool is clean and calming - exactly what you need after a long day of going around the city. A picturesque view from the rooms also deserves a mention.

A wonderful stay, highly recommended
Pros:

The breakfast was great, and the fitness centre and pool were quiet. The hotel provides plenty of water, and left 5 new bottles in the room every day. The rooms were clean and I liked the waterfall shower (good hot/cold water). The location was central making it easy to get grab taxis.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault at all, but there was a very loud inconsiderate couple that woke me up, and also disturbed me on two other occasions.
