Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A Beautiful and Family-Friendly Stay with Great Service
Pros:

I really liked the hotel as it was beautiful, luxurious, clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was also spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The staff were polite, helpful, and provided great service. Even though I stayed during the school holiday period and the hotel was quite busy, everything seemed to be managed smoothly. I travelled with my parents and my nieces and nephews under 12, and they really enjoyed the swimming pool and the small water park area. The lifeguards and pool towel attendants also did a great job and were attentive throughout.

Cons:

One thing I did not like was that parking was not complimentary and was quite expensive. The hotel charges around RM15 per car per night, so with two cars for two nights, I had to pay RM60 just for parking. Considering the overall cost of staying at the hotel, I feel complimentary parking would be more reasonable for hotel guests. Another minor issue was the elevators, as waiting times could be quite long during busy periods.

الفطور ممتاز و متنوع و خدمة الغرف سريعه .. طعام الروم سيرفس ممتاز النظافة ممتازة جدا .. المكان مناسب للاقامه لمده ثلاث ايام ما تحتاج تطلع من الفندق كل شي عندك في الفندق بالاضافة لمركز تجاري قريب مربوط مع الفندق بممر

حشرات شوي في الفله لاته المكان فيه كثير زراعه بس كانوا يتصرفون و ينظفون اول ما ابلغهم

Luxury and fun and family friendly
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpful,
The villa was fancy the location of the hotel is amazing and the special entrance to the water park is nice

Cons:

1- The villa is little bit far and hard to reach specially at night there’s no golf cart.
