Close to the airport aprox. 20 minutes. Very convenient. Rooms are not beach facing but the place has a private beach.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was a little outdated. Most of the restaurants were closed for renovation. It wasn’t what I expected compared to what the website looks like.
We had to checkout a few days earlier and so did our business partners.
One of our business partner had to keep asking to fix the air condition. It wasn’t working properly. He couldn’t sleep the first night. The next day he ask to be fixed and still didn’t worked. He wasn’t offered to be moved to a different room.
After a few nights, he went to checkout and booked at The One and Only Hotel.
It was very disappointing. It wasn’t what we expected.
We all pretty much left the hotel.
Booked us all different hotels. We didn’t get our money either. We left 5 days before our check out date.
I don’t think we will be back at this resort again.

It is a lovely hotel; I had a minor issue with my room's toilet (it had a drip that didn't stop after flushing). I regularly heard music from the local Mosque, this didn’t bother me and the mosque is beautiful and worth seeing.

The breakfast options were amazing and the food was lovely.

This is our 9th visit to Dubai and stay in this property. The hotel grounds are fantastic and pools and beach are excellent.
Rooms are on a small side but perfectly fine as we only sleep there. Beds are also small unless you book a room with a balcony or twin room.
We noticed that the prices for food and drinks in the hotel are creeping up and the quality / value is not the same. Some restaurants were closed during our stay.
Most of the staff are excellent and very helpful.
Overall our stay was excellent and we will be back again.
