Great stay, amazing staff
Pros:

Spacious clean rooms, reception staff speaking perfect English, everyone was kind and very helpful, even cleaning ladies were super welcoming and sweet. I appreciate that reception staff organised for me what I needed and I am very grateful for that.

Cons:

For La Paz a bit overpriced given it’s not a new hotel. Also the gym was a joke and swimming pool was closed so I couldn’t use it.

老舗のホテル、広々しているが空いていた。
Pros:

部屋がとても広く使いやすかった。

Cons:

申込みの画面にはラウンジが利用できる、ミニバーがあると表示されていたが、ラウンジは見当たらなかったし案内もされなかった。また、部屋に空っぽの冷蔵庫はあったがミニバーは無くポットさえ無かった。フライトや乗車するバスの関係でアーリーチェックインやレイトチェクアウトが必要だったが、問い合せしたら、アーリーチェックインに関しては明け方の到着だったため、前日１泊予約が必要と言われ（これは仕方ないと思いますが…）レイトチェクアウトも18時まででも1泊に近い支払いをした。それ以降ならBooking.comの価格で無く、正規の値段１泊分が必要と言われた。つまり本来は３泊の予定だったが、ほぼ5泊分の料金を支払う事になった。アーリーチェックインに１泊分上乗せして支払っているのだから、レイトチェクアウトはもう少しオマケして欲しかった。

Good location
Pros:

Great location in downtown area, close to Celeste Teleferico line and many shops and restaurants. Not a bad walk to witches market.

Cons:

Hotel staff didn't set up my transfer to the airport. There is a school across from the hotel entrance and several times a day the street is packed with student and school buses and taxis cannot get to the hotel.

Loved my stay in Hotel Europa
Pros:

Spacious and clean room with well-functioning heating and all necessary facilities, helpful and professional staff, nice view from the room, quiet, extremely comfortable beds, good location

Cons:

Breakfast could be better for such a great hotel

Pros:

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. La limpieza muy decente y la zona de piscina muy recomendable, aunque también las instalaciones están envejecidas

Cons:

Para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas, nos sorprendió lo obsoleto que estaba respecto a las instalaciones. Entendemos que en su día tuvo que ser una joya pero necesita una remodelación. Se nos inundó el baño, hubo corte de luz y de agua (justo acabábamos de ducharnos. Por unos minutos no nos pilló enjabonados).
El desayuno, para tratarse de un hotel de esa categoría, nos pareció muy escaso o con una calidad de productos que no corresponde a ese hotel

Buen hotel
Pros:

El desayuno es espectacular, muy rico, la piscina es grande, sin embargo, los fines de semana suele llenarse. Una instancia cómoda, reservada y muy bonitas las habitaciones. Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Una noche en una habitación colindante a la mía, otros huéspedes fueron ruidosos durante toda la noche, dejé el reclamo en el hotel y lo solucionaron.

Wszystko poprawne.
Pros:

Hotel czysty, ale widać już po nim upływ czasu, wskazany byłby remont. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba, ale czuć, że to wyposażenie z innej epoki. Wygodne łóżko, wszędzie czysto, codzienne sprzątanie bardzo staranne. Personel hotelu uprzejmy, pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Śniadanie z wystarczającym wyborem.
