Professional property host/manager
The staff and amenities were amazing. Great breakfast.
This hotel does not provide coffee maker or kittle in the room . Breakfast has very few choices . Inside the bathroom they just put on soap . I need to take this ( one only ) soap to shower and bring back to wash basins for hand washing . Shower door is half close . So when I take shower water come out on the floor . It is not worth spending high room rate with this hotel . My friends stayed at another hotel with half room price than hotel Europa . They have better breakfast and better room than my room . I do not recommend this hotel with $100 plus per day room price .
Front desk staff are excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful
Clean with heated bathroom floors
The hotel personnel were a great team. They worked together to be to be the best team
DO NOT STAY HERE
the staff are rude, the hotel is rundown and outdated. The (sparse) single use bathroom amenities are very poor quality. The showers are from a mix tap and don’t properly switch from tap to shower, so the shower is poor, slow and temperature intermittent. (This was in 2 different rooms). There is heat/cooling on the wall, but it makes no difference to the heat being blown out.
The staff are totally inflexible, and really rude. They don’t seem to have any customer service knowledge at all.
Nice hotel with good staff. Breakfast was basic but pleasant. The whole place is quite outdated, but it has been kept well and is clean.
Central air/heat and hot water. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Cheaper than other accommodations in La Paz and nicer rooms
Underfloor heating (yes!), a bath (yes!) and duvet (rather than blankets). Very 80s decor. Down an alley way. Pool. Very good but for some reason nearly empty.
This is a business hotel, but the room was spacious, distinct desk area, and heated floors. The heated floors were amazing. Close to the main street in La Paz and restaurants. Elevators, and a nice lobby area and small outside seating/smoking area.
Staff was excellent. Food there was great too. The tram system is amazing and close to the hotel
This is in three parts - the good, the bad, and the ugly. THE GOOD - its location just off the Main Street in La Paz. The room was spacious with a nice desk area, tons of storage and closet space to hang things and best of all was the heated floors. Oh the joy when your feet feel the heat radiating up, especially when you get out of the shower. Fantastic. THE BAD - this is NOT a fault with the hotel, but there is no nearby food or grocery stores unless you walk 15 minutes or so to the Hipermart. There are nearby places to get water but they are tiny little spaces. THE UGLY - while they have a breakfast Buffy (and it is good) the restaurant only opens when there is a big enough conference at the hotel. They also forgot my wake up call, fortunately I travel with my own alarm. I would stay again.
Great stay
Excellent albeit dated hotel near city centre. Bed was so comfortable. 90 BOB taxi ride to airport from here.
na
The hotel website advertised the Spa as a relaxing experience
Price is double of other saunas in the area
We were gladly surprised about the cleanliness and the facilities.
We were first in the area
The first hour was great and we were able to enjoy the dry and steam saunas as well as the jacuzzi
After that three women walked in with their kids.
From then on was a nightmare.
They did not stop shouting, running and jumping in the pool.
Their mothers were also very loud.
Although it was posted in the changing rooms that lotions and cream were not allowed they used different kinds of creams before entering the saunas.
No relaxation at all.
They should tell clients upfront that kids are allowed and that the facilities are their playground.
Never again.
The staff was polite, helpful and courteous
Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The towels are large and thick.
We are on the 9th floor. We stayed 2 nights then came back for another 2 nights. Each time the rooms were very noisy from outside. There is a school that had band practice until around 10pm. Firecrackers going off - but no holiday. It's very warm with no air so either be hot or put up with honking cars, a marching band and children screaming outside your window.
Good breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is in a good, central location. The room was large and quiet. There's a reasonable range of breakfast options. The restaurant also has a good range of options for lunch or dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was generally OK although from time to time it didn't work.
