The staff were very polite and understanding except for the manager Katie.

This hotel is filthy and smells of mildew. The hotel is outdated and dark. Do not stay here. The area is also very sketchy. Check in viewed our room and was refused a refund. Customer service was unsupportive with a very nonchalant attitude. Pay more and stay somewhere else.

It was filthy, smelled like cigarette smoke and the smoke detectors had veen pulled out of the ceiling. The second room they moved me to smelled like urine. The third one was clean, but the tv didnt work and it was very noisy. I will never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was also very good, and we got a good night's rest.

The hotel is in Desperate need of a renovation the pool area looked like something from a horror film and the pool was oily and the water was dirty I would not recommend

We've stayed here several times the rooms are nice an clean the sofa bed is a bonus an the breakfast an indoor pool are always good for kids. We would stay here again

Room keys didn't work, t.v didn't work, bathroom was dirty, sofa bed boards broken sofa bed was falling in on one side. Had to wait on towels, carpet wasn't vacuum, no trash liners in trash cans. Tub wasn't clean. Horrible experience for a Springhill hotel...

This property had roaches in the mini refrigerators, ants, mold in the bathrooms, gnats in the rooms, stains all over the room floor, doors that you can look through and see the hallway, and smoked out rooms covered up with fragrance. This hotel is horrible and is no better than staying in a 0 star motel room.

while the staff was great, the accommodations were not, our room spelled like week old moldy water, the tub had some stains around it,
we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, which the hot tub was closed and wasn’t stated on the website, and the pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned other than skimmed on the top.

The Expedia description for this property is deceptive and inaccurate. It states "guest can use a nearby fitness center (free access)". This is not true, the only fitness option is a small fitness room inside the hotel with very limited equipment. This was the deciding factor for me selecting this hotel, so I was very disappointed to find out it was false. I don't appreciate being lied to.

We stay here each time we take daughter back to college. The room is spacious. The beds are comfy and ac works great. The carpet in the room had some big red stains like paint. Breakfast is ok. Not a big selection but it’s ok.

The mattress was very good, my back did not hurt during the stay as it usually does on other hotels.

The staff was really nice, but it was no good. I had to switch my room right when I got there because it was wet all around the side of one side of the bed/room. Switched my room and it was the same situation. Towels appeared dirty, and the hallways reeked of marijuana. The breakfast was awful.

Very clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds with quality linens. Nice staff. Breakfast was decent, but the breakfast area could use a deep clean of chairs and carpets. Wonderful desk area and chair in the room
