The staff was amazing and perfect! The night receptionist with short curly blonde hair deserves a raise. Breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great fridge, so much space.

Cons:

The bathtub faucet had a pretty bad leak, but that's okay. My main problem was the TV. It's 2026, why are there only 40 channels and no way to stream apps. And half the channels were sports/news. If I'm paying $100 a night, I expect to watch what I like, or have way more options. Maybe that's just me. The staff is why I'm rating this higher.
Maybe I'm wrong, and there was a way to access apps or more channels. Please correct me if I missed something.

There are some kinks to work out, but overall great!
Pros:

The property was great. Very clean and modern. The rooms had a large fridge and table, with a pull out couch that was actually comfortable.

Cons:

Our room had a funny smell. I couldn’t figure out if it was so new the paint smelled or if someone had spilled fingernail polish remover. It wasn’t horrible just a little annoying. Also, the night person at check in needed help. She was by herself and about three people needed her to go up to their rooms leaving those check in in waiting. She was wonderful- they just need two people.

Pros:

Horrible couch foldout. Worst I've ever encountered.

Cons:

Over priced by a lot. 8.2 rating on Booking.com is risiculously high.

Excelente, un ambiente tranquilo.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bueno y el servicio bueno

Cons:

Pedirle a las personas que no pongan sus basuras fuera en la puerta que las mantengan en la habitacion y el que limpia se lleve la basura. Afuera de la puerta del cuarto se ve horrible.

I requested a quiet room, top floor away from the elevator which was honoured. But then a family with noisy children were put in the room next to us. We were denied a room change, being told that they have a policy whereby they have to ask the noisy guest to be quiet, 3 times, then they're asked to leave. Seems bizarre when a room swap would suit us and not leave the family potentially being kicked out. Luckily they responded to the receptionists request to keep the noise down. The hotel has very poor build quality and noise is an issue
