Perfect hotel voor een trip naar Edinburgh
Pros:

Ruime kamer en badkamer. Bed was super. Mooie sportschool en zwembad. Gratis koffie thee en fruit beschikbaar. Hotel is qua ligging rustig en toch redelijk dichtbij alle attracties van de stad

Cons:

Kamer is ietwat saai ingericht, verder geen minpunten. Prijs is wat aan de hoge kant, maar is wellicht ook te wijten aan het fringe festival wat in augustus plaatsvindt

Pros:

I’m staying here now. The WiFi sucks. I just got whacked at the bar for a double because Achmed didn’t like Aimish gettting a £5 tip. The M Club is good,, needs some updating. Fire the fuzzy little gopher.

Excellent location, comfy room
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of most of Edinburgh’s main attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, with additional cooked options included at no extra charge.

The evening menu was quite limited, and the lobby felt small and crowded during check-in and check-out with guests’ luggage. My opinion is that is overpriced compared to similar hotels of equivalent standard in other cities.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if visiting Edinburgh.
Pros:

Great location and facilities, excellent bed, very clean, staff friendly and attentive and breakfast was great! Loads of secure parking available when we stayed.

Cons:

Parking situation was unclear when arrived. You have to get a code from reception, but simple after that.

Room was dull - furnished adequately. With comfortable duvet and good towels. An excellent powerful shower. The room did not have a warmth or colour.

Nice hotel but 'meh' experience
Pros:

A little quieter than the Apex, Waterloo, it's located a stone's throw away from the Planetarium with plenty of good eateries closeby. Station is about a 15 min walk.

Rooms were spacious and breakfast was good. Pool is also a little larger and closes at 9:45pm during the week.

Housekeeping wasn't great and we discovered a bag with a mini camera under our bed after checking in which we turned in once we checked out.

I stated this in the follow up guest email experience sent to me and Dylan, whom I would assume is in guest services, sends me the following response. The item was discovered under the bed a couple of days after we checked in. We were there for 4 days and had early morning tours each day.

"With regard to the belongings found in your room, we appreciate you mentioning this at check-out. However, we would encourage you to report any concerns of this nature to our Front Office team immediately during your stay. This allows us to investigate the matter straight away, resolve the issue promptly, and, where appropriate, offer an alternative room if required."

Not sure if he expected me immediately run down to the front desk screaming from the top of my lungs and what they would have done beyond offering an apology, which was done at checkout. I do find the email slightly berating.

I do hope the item is reunited with its owner.

Las almohadas que son muy altas pero eso es gusto personal.
La pileta climatizada con agua fría me sorprendió, bajamos un paso en la escalera y nos volvimos para atrás, fuimos a buscar relax después de un día intenso y estaba lleno de gente gritando y el agua fría.
