Pros:

Lage war ehr industrielle. Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Badzimmerfügen müssen erneuert werden. Der Teppichboden wirkte nicht besonders gepflegt, der Boden darunter uneben als hätte sie alles schnell und billig gebaut.

Staff are lovely but there are better and cheaper alternatives locally.

Location was good and staff were friendly

Cons:

Restaurant is over priced and the food quality is poor. Asked if I would like water for the table to find out it was £5 ! Normally water if charged is not offered pre menu. Steak was lukewarm and poor quality with lots of grizzle. Breakfast was just oil on a plate but at least it was hot. Rooms are clean but tired, linens have little holes in them and tile grout is cracked. Overall for the price I won’t return.

Always lovely
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff and management. Room always clean and charming. Dinner excellent. We keep coming back. as it a lovely atmosphere and very relaxing and de-stressing

Cons:

Breakfast service slow and empty buffet items not always topped up. Coffee, tea and toast (one slice per person) needed to ordered several times is limited. Robes and towels for the spa missing from room. No slippers available at the spa.

Group spa night
Pros:

Six of us stayed here for an overnight spa.
We all had a fabulous time, our package included breakfast, dinner, spa treatment and Prosecco in each room.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their treatment.
The pool, sauna, steam room were all very clean and very much enjoyed by everyone.

Although the rooms are a little dated they are spotlessly clean and comfortable.

We booked dinner and had a lovely meal, with a wide choice suitable for everyone in our party.
Breakfast was a very pleasant experience. As a vegetarian they had a vegan breakfast which I enjoyed.
Only fault was that the small flora portions for toast were all six weeks out of date. When someone in the group pointed it out unfortunately they didn’t have any others that were in date.

Overall we all had a lovely time away and would definitely return

Jamie the manager is top bloke for helping is out with spa breaks mistake
Pros:

turned up with wife for a relaxing saturday night to be told that the booking was for the sunday night . we booked it through spa breaks that messed up our booking . and was unavailable to fix there mistake . the hotel was very busy with lots on . but within 20 min the manager JAMIE who gave up his break to come and help us got us booked into another room and also managed to move things around for our evening meal and spa treatments . JAMIE and staff made us feel settled after the horrible position we found ourselves in . the room was beautiful and the food even better and we left today after a great breakfast and spa morning . big thanks to jamie and team for making this happen . we will defo be seeing yous all soon again .

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Great hotel experience, at the Macdonald Inchyra hotel and spa. Good location, comfortable and relaxing rooms, helpful and polite staff, clean and well lit rooms. Good value for money and easy to book.
Best thing for us, was the excellent customer service we received.
The staff are a real joy, in every department. Shout outs to Callum, Sibin, Kyle, Rebecca and the receptionists.
Think the dinner menu, needs some additional options.
Would be worth taking your own water bottle, to fill at the many water stations.
Really recommend giving this hotel and spa, a look.
