Clean
Not too much choice for evening meal
Lovely hotel in a great location. Kids were amazed!
Nothing bad to say.
We visited just for the day to use the spa. We booked the rasul treatment which was lovely and I would highly recommend.
The rest of the spa facilities I wouldn’t return for. It was overcrowded. There were no available loungers for relaxing or putting your robes on, the swimming pool was packed, and the sauna and steam room areas are compact they were completely full. We were in the leisure area for around 40 minutes but with a packed pool, and people in and out looking for spaces in a sauna and steam room it was far from a leisurely experience.
To end on a positive, the restaurant was beautiful, staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We had the haggis pakora and steak ciabattas. We’d come back, but only for the restaurant next time.
Room,
Clean, tidy, comfortable. TV poor, old and small
Lunch,
The BEST fish finger sandwich I have ever had
Dinner,
Good, enjoyed the Cumberland sausage, without the jus as I don't do alcohol.
Breakfast,
Poor, burnt (overcooked and heated) sausage, poached egg overdone
Gym and Spa were good
Staff were great
See above
Spa was good BUT no jacuzzi was disappointing
Lovely Pool
Great Bar & Restaurant
Rooms Slightly Dated
They were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was nice. It was convenient for a family of 4 and a dog.
Nothing really. Some decor is a little dated and tired. More plug sockets would have been nice.
We had a very pleasant stay here.
Evita is A* she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok for us.
The room was clean with a nice comfy bed. The only issue were the plug sockets.
Food was lovely as was our server Rebecca.
Overall a lovely hotel, would recommend 👌
La chambre
Le restaurant était décevant. La carte proposait du tout et du n'importe quoi. Je m'attendais à une carte d'une meilleure qualité.
Had a lovely spa day with my daughter and friend. Fantastic experience. Everything was well organised and my treatments were amazing with LiLi. Highly recommend, what a relaxing, lovely day.
My friend and I had a spa day at the leisure centre in the hotel.
The therapists are highly trained, very professional.
My therapist was Li, she is a very competent therapist, I mentioned I had a sore wrist, she worked her "magic" and by the time I left I didn't have any pain!
I would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, and would suggest asking for Li, you won't be disappointed.
Our 6th hotel in a week - we stayed here on the way back from the NC500 - without question the best hotel we stayed in over the week. Staff were exceptional. Bed was incredibly comfortable and comparable to being at home. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast.
We were promised dog beds and bowls as part of the £20 extras we paid for each of our dogs, but these were not provided.
The spa was absolutely excellent! Great gym and really friendly staff.
My only comment was that there were no sockets near the bed- but was quite nice to put my phone away at night time!
Lovely spa day at the Inchyra. Very relaxing using the facilities and my massage was very good.
Great welcome by friendly receptionist. Pool was warm and enjoyable. Bar and restaurant inviting and comfortable.
Bedroom maintenance very poor - wardrobe door did not slide, two bedside lamps not working and TV unplugged behind unit. Restaurant - One of the steak dishes not available (it is advertised as steak house. Dessert served cold. No supervision in restaurant and limited service. Breakfast has shrunk in size and is now poor value. Cappuccino now charged extra £4. Air conditioning fans in pool area very loud and hard to relax. Would hesitate to recommend as we have done previously
I loved the hotel and the staff were amazing. The bed was comfy and the food in the restaurant was delicious
I booked the hotel as it had an ev charger. However the charger was broken which meant I almost ran out of full charge. I understand this is not the hotels fault but it made my stay more worrying as I didn't know where to go for charge for my car.
Page and Megan were amazing, the best customer service we've received for ages.
They were so attentive and always went the extra mile.
My 88 year old mum couldn't get in the bath and Megan offered us another room, giving us a choice of two.
The evening meal was very disappointing, not a lot of choice.
It may have had nothing to do with the meal but I was up all night with excruciating pains in my tummy and was unwell all night.
Friendly staff, comfy bed, well-equipped room, great breakfast and a lovely pool and sauna.
If I'm being really picky, there was only body wash and body lotion in the shower, no shampoo or conditioner, so I had to do my hair in my room.
