Access to The Old Waverley requires climbing 27 steps to our first floor reception area. If you arrive with luggage there is a bell to call a porter to assist you.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent and thanks to the staff they were all very helpful and the location was great.

Cons:

The only down side to the stay was the noise of the traffic on Princes Street going most of the night, but apart from all that it was good.

Pros:

La ubicación. Para mi, excelente e inmejorable junto con el personal.

Cons:

La moqueta y el ruido son puntos negativos. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo de la calle y de las habitaciones contiguas.

Útulný hotel vo výbornej lokalite
Pros:

Výborná lokalita, veľmi milý personál, dobré raňajky. Veľa svetla v izbe, čo už nebýva zvykom v hoteloch a dobré kúrenie - aj keď sme cez deň radiator vypínali, po príchode a zapnuti radiatora večer bola izba raz-dva vyhriata.

Cons:

V izbe mohli byť 2 stoličky, nie iba jedna. A tiež ešte jedna polička na veci v chodbe by sa zišla.

Ein Hotel mit Charme, romantischer Atmosphäre und fantastischer Lage!
Pros:

Ein gemütliches Hotel mit altem Charme und sehr gut gepflegt. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber, manche Dinge sind eben einfach schon sehr alt, aber funktionieren gut. Fabelhafte Heizung, tägliche Reinigung und Auffüllen der Tee- und Kaffee-Vorräte im Zimmer (dazu das leckerste Shortbread). Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Altstadt. Super gemütliche Betten, prima Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geduldig.
Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber des Scott-Monuments und man hat die kürzesten Wege überall hin und findet auch immer wieder zurück!
