Super Lage und freundlicher Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für Stadterkundungen und Verkehrsanschluss (Flughafen, Bahnhof, Busse).
Unsere Zimmer hatten alle eine gute Größe.

If I was coming to Edinburgh again I would gladly use your hotel!
Pros:

My room was exactly as shown on the website and had an excellent view out the window onto Princes St. The shower had good pressure and lovely hot water. The breakfast buffet was very good; I particularly enjoyed the black pudding and haggis.
I had dinner in your restaurant every night and was very pleased with the quality and selection. All meals came to me piping hot which was a nice change from some places I’ve eaten at.

Cons:

This is a matter of personal preference, but I found the bed too firm. My hip hurt if I stayed on one side too long.

Pros:

Very nice hotel with great location. Great views across Princes Street Gardens from the bar. Nicely renovated bathroom! Large and quiet room, only disturbance was the occasional group of people passing in the alley below. Considering it was a Saturday night I have no complaints abt this!

Cons:

Too bad that there aren't more room with walk-in showers. Also, the lift doors closed very forcefully. I stretched out my hand to keep it open and still have a large bruise on my hand 6 days later.

Pros:

Great location. You can see the Scott Monument & Edinburgh Castle from the Restaurant.

Cons:

A couple of ordinary encounters with staff left a bad taste. Not all encounters were bad, but unfortunately it’s the bad ones you remember.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Sehr nettes, hilfbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zudem machen die perfekte Lage und das sehr leckere Full English Breakfast alles zu einem rundum sensationellen Kurztrip!
