Never again!!
Pros:

Location is good for my needs. Bar area modern

Cons:

Hotel accommodation is shabby. My mattress had a dip across the middle as if it had been folded in half and impossible to sleep on. It was clearly visible and would have been seen when the bed was made. Obviously an acceptable standard for the hotel. I hardly slept and was uncomfortable. Carpets look dirty, shower was poor.

Pros:

location; overall comfort; dinner was very good

Cons:

Not a complaint but not having bedside table and lamp on both sides of bed is a bit odd!! An additional floor lamp would make room a bit nicer but overall this is a really nice hotel.

Great stay let down by below average breakfast.
Pros:

Very clean room, we choose a dog friendly room and it was very good.

Cons:

The breakfast was a let down, I had the cooked breakfast, the sausage was under cooked pink inside, and the rest of it was Luke warm, also coffee was tepid, my wife choose to have cereal and fruit and she was happy with what she had.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war wie immer üppig. Die Rezeption war sehr flexible mit der Umbuchung via booking.com und diesmal hat die Änderung der Adresse ohne Probleme geklappt. Das Restaurant hat einiges zu bieten.

Great hotel! Fantastic staff, highly recommend.
Pros:

I loved how clean and tidy it was throughout the hotel.
The staff were so nice.
And the fish were a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the smokers at the front door, every time we came in and out we ended up stinking of smoke.

Would definitely go back
Pros:

Staff were friendly and polite, location was good 20 minutes walk to centre

Cons:

Waiting on fried eggs in morning, as only scrambled eggs out. Bath was to narrow to stand in for shower nearly fell a few times

Hotel is attractive, but details make it not as good as would expect for a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

Reception, bar and restaurant are very attractive. Food on offer was good. Hotel is attractive and has plenty of parking. Room was good size with plenty of space. Bathroom had bath and shower.

Cons:

At breakfast, food on offer at buffet was often not very warm. Room had only one bedside table for two people in a double bed. No USB points on plug sockets. Bathroom round taps very difficult to use with wet hands. No grill on wash-hand basin drain - lost bar of soap down it. Shower dials difficult to use. No towel rail, only one hook on door for hanging towels, clothes, etc.
