Staff was nice, cool history of the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was really underwhelming, no sweet options provided (I'm not counting cereal in).
I don't mind the dated look of the hotel, that is a part of it, but the floors are extremely creeky and it woke me up every time the guests above us would get up.
I find it tacky to have everywhere signs of telling you what to and what not to do, but I guess that's a part of the British culture.

Pros:

J'aime énormément cet hôtel. Le personnel est au top. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Ma chambre donnait sur les tuyaux de climatisation je pense. Beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 10 ou 11 h je ne me souviens plus exactement

Comfortable. Would visit again if necessary. But facilities did not fit the price paid unfortunately
Pros:

I felt the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was a quiet and comfortable room and fit our needs for the time we were there.

Cons:

The WI-FI was dreadful so it made the “premium Wi-Fi” addition almost useless. That and our room was away in a back corridor away from everything and everyone else near the toilets and it was a little unsettling.
