Friendly staff, good breakfast, but needs an update
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was really nice, friendly staff,

Cons:

The hotel it self is a bit run down, could do with a major refit, shower pressure was poor, could do with reduced parking or somewhere for guests to park for free.

Pros:

Der Pub war gut und hat Spass gemacht.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz am Haus. Mussten in ein Parkhaus fahren. Mit Motorrädern und Gepäck nicht so erstrebenswert.

Charming hotel in Perth
Pros:

Lovely old hotel with lots of character and charm in a great location in Perth.
The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced,
We've stayed here many times, this hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

One of our group had a room with problems with the plumbing, water coming out of the tap into the baisin was spitting and gurgling, with loud noises inside the pipes. It is a very old building but even so the plumbing should work better than that.
The lift was out of order which is not a big deal to us but elderly or infirm guests would find that a problem
