Worth for money
Pros:

The view
The food was amazing

Cons:

Cleaning work (on ground floor,in the balcony more grass dust while cutting)
Outside sitting chairs are looklike more old should be replaced or painting and also the balcony bar..
The parking slot maybe closed or on covered the vechile that should be helpful for night time rains

Pros & Cons of my Stay at Townhouse Oak Edassery Sealine Villa, Cherai
Pros:

I like the room, with its varendah facing the sea backwater, the swimming pool is good. The location just next to Cherai Beach is great as the beach is quiet and clean.
I like the front space and back surroundings of the villa. Staffs are okay but communication in English is a little bit difficult for them to understand well.

Cons:

1) The commode was cracked and there is some leakage from under it, which is poor in its maintenance.
2) The Restaurant and the Bar being the same place is very bad because one evening as we went down to have our dinner in the restaurant but we immediately have to leave as there were 3 to 4 tables already occupied by people who are drinking beer and alcohol. Then we had to order our dinner from the room. I suggest they keep seperate places for bar and restaurant as tourist like us coming as a family do not like to be in that ambience.
3) The restaurant cum bar when we went for breakfast in the morning has a bad smell of piss around the place which is very awful as the restaurant cum bar does not have a toilet facility close by but only a handwash facility.
4) On Saturday night dinner order, it was horrible as we placed our order at 9pm but at 10pm we got a call that only 1 plate of rice is left, after I talked with them for sometime then they agreed to cook and bring the rice. We understand the one day rush of Saturday guests coming and bar operations but at least do not forget or ignore the In-Staying guests for the last 3-4 days in the villa.
5) The Villa being located in a nice & quiet location should provide facility like bicycles to move around in the nearby locations.
And also keep two wheelers bikes/scooty and car on Rental for distance movements.
Overall the place is good except for the above uncomfortable points encountered.
If the owner rectifies the stated problems and add the additional facilities to the villa, I would be happy to come and stay in the Villa again - IF NOT then this is my last visit to the place and nor will I recommend it to others.

They said the booking was not confirmed and they said there is no room and they booking. Com site and washed their hands. We traveled morethan 200 km with small kids and they blaimed the site we booked shame on the property and booking site
