The property is in an excellent location, very good staff and cleaning service
No problem with property.
We had a big issue with booking.com bombarding us with several emails & tests saying we had a credit card problem, threatening the hotel might cancel, we have been traveling for a month topping up credit card as needed, if you straight one night secured one day before & pay at property, thats what we think it means After many years of using this website we are done now with this latest harassment to get us to pay prior when this was not the conditions we booked under
The location right on the beach was great. The walking paths around the property were excellent. However that was it.
Mattress ridiculously soft, would have slept on the floor except the carpet needs a refresh.. no water pressure and water super hot and then cold. Very hard to wash my hair :( If air con on it was like an aircraft landing in your room. Price was $$$$$. Just paying for the view and nothing else. Breakfast staff were having a rostering meeting in the breakfast room (one employee did not respond to his what’s app!) the others were discussing that they needed chairs to sit on…. Parking garage.. do not go in if you have a big car…. Very tight

This place is just across from the beach with beautiful views. The rooms were comfortable and the noise from the ocean did not come through when the sliding door was closed, so sleeping was no issue. The location to the city and the great walks was A1.
The price for an ocean view was expensive. We stayed at a place in Port Stephens with an amazing apartment for about $100 less.

The power socket near the bed is a bit strange and not compatible to my plug.
