Was not informed upon booking that restaurant facilities were fully booked for function, little disappointed as this was part of the reason for booking location.

There were hand fulls of hair behind the door from previous guests and marks on wall appearing to be blood or some other type of bodily fluid.
The mini bar tap card from previous guest had not been removed and replaced.

Queen and single bed in a very small room. Bath room had no where to hang clothing. Very small.

Entire hotel needs a major upgrade. Its aged. They were renovating lounge/bar which is a start but they made no effort to set up a decent alternative lounge area for guests.
