The room was incredibly comfortable, the staff were very kind and accommodating, the view was spectacular. Would recommend to anyone heading to Newcastle, was a beautiful stay :) thank you

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Loved the view, beach location,friendly staff, beds comfy, a few cafes and restuarants in walking distance, tram stop also a short walk. My new Favourite place.

Cons:

Due to fact theres a mini bar, fridge very small, no microwave ,room small. Unfortuntely restuarant was still being renovated however room service was available (didnt get though)

If you've got a bit of extra cash this is a great place to enjoy Newcastle from
Pros:

Complimentary upgrade to ocean view room greatly appreciated. Very helpful, friendly reception staff. Easy parking; convenient to east end restaurants, beach etc.

Cons:

Rooms and fittings getting a little old and tired; all power points too low to floor / bench surfaces, making it impossible to use our normal phone charger plugs. Neither of these things were major though!
