Bathrooms poorly designed, poor drainage, noise from lift.
Loved the overall style of this hotel! Lovely staff too.
Random things broken in our room, not a major issue but just left an impression - towel rack came off from the wall, and towel hangers etc were also broken.
Beautiful heritage building decorated with "old world charm" yet with all modern amenities at your fingertips. Great staff, fantastic bar, very comfortable beds. I stayed a week for business and couldn't have been happier.
Due to the age of the building there are some signs of wear.
This is a super cute little hotel with lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable too. Parking was super easy nearby (at the weekend). The pastry and coffee in the morning was a lovely surprise too. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Brisbane for a night or two.
Nothing.
Amazing property and lovely, helpful staff. Cool interior spaces and rooms were beautiful. Good location approx 10min walk down the hill to the riverside restaurants
Was hard to find as we came up Creek St rather than Wickham and parking is in a parking building behind and you have to walk up a walkway by the building to find it.
Bar in foyer had a good feel, room was spacious. Coffee was good. Some staff were great.
TV didn't work in our room (until fixed on day 2).
Quaint, intimate, cozy and friendly, large rooms, comfortable beds, welcoming staff, fabulous dining, great drinks, every service catered for
Bathrooms need a refurb re water drainage after a shower. And no dining Sunday or Monday nights.. need to go elsewhere for meals
Very friendly staff, lovely facilities and nice bar down the bottom.
Nice boutique hotel, large and clean room, friendly staff
The hotel is next to one of the busiest streets in the CBC, Turbot St, and the train. Unfortunately the sound-proofing is not up to the challenge.
Love the front bar & lounge area. Small, but full of character & warm & welcoming staff.
Love the old lift has retained the old world character.
Bed room, bed & bathroom all excellent.
Non slip shower mat would be a bonus.
Location is great. Easy to walk into the CBD. Also enjoyed the evening meal at the small restaurant there. Excellent! This time the price was also excellent.

Only stayed 1 night
Hotel is quaint and interesting
Unfortunately stayed on a long weekend and restaurant wasn't open - and not a lot of places in the near vicinity
No gym on-site
