IMPORTANT NOTICE – POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Value and good location, easy to access with under ground car park a bonus.

Cons:

Construction on neighbouring property, but to be fair it wasn't really a big deal. Would stay here again as it was convenient and good value.
