Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Best time 🥰
Pros:

Walking distance to shops it was nice the beach was a min away I wanted to go so bad but my friends I was with didn't but we did go on the pool was so nice and the spa and stuff. Also comfy beds we loved it their so much I wish we was there for longer it went to fast

Cons:

The water when we pt shower on was heading towards toilet and going on the opposite side around glass door thing there but the couple who owns the place were so kind and stuff about it however we still needed towels to sock the water up I tried to place shower knob away so that the water didn't head that way and it worked.

They gave us some more towels 🥰the door struggled to close the outdoor one but we also got fixed we had the best time there.



Thank them so much I will go there next time I go to the gold coast with hubby 🥰🥰🥰

Pros:

Location was excellent. Close to the beach, close to supermarkets & cafes. Room was a good size & pool a great temperature.

There was only 1 wine glass.

Great location good value for money
Pros:

This is an older property in a great location. Clean and well maintained with helpful staff. Close to beach and a choice of grocery and dining options within walking distance.

Cons:

Only basic fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities.
Not sure if available but we purchased plates and cutlery from nearby shops
