IMPORTANT NOTICE – POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great overnight getaway

Loved the proximity to North Burleigh beach and surf club ( has dinner and breakfast there!) Great overnight stay

Unfortunately the view this hotel once had of the beach has some what gone due to high rise built-in
Pros:

Location was good, transport just near hotel. Restaurant next door and surf club around the corner.

Cons:

We understand that renovations are happening at hotel however the cleanliness of our room was not good mould in bathroom, dust and sticky substance on floor under and around bed. Television didn't work properly.
