IMPORTANT NOTICE – POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Late check in instructions were easy to follow. Free undercover parking. Comfortable bed mattress .
Handy to supermarket, places to eat and the beach.

Cons:

Night Roadworks on the tram line out the front of the hotel commenced just as we were going to bed and continued all night. If you are a heavy sleeper you'd be fine, however I am a light sleeper.
The mattress protector on the bed was very pilled and you could feel the bumps through the sheets. This was brought to the attention of the reception staff the following morning who advised the protector would be replaced.
I'd be happy to stay again once the roadworks are complete.

Pros:

Close to beach was about the only good thing

Cons:

No toilet paper
No dish washing detergent
No dust pan or broom to clean

Stayed for 9 days and not once was room cleaned, swept or mopped

But to be provided no toilet paper was degrading and humiliating

Nice and close to beach shops and cafes.

Cons:

Reception and doors are closed at 5pm if you have misplaced yr key it is a $50 cash fine which I thought was a bit customer hostile

Great location and very good price
Pros:

It was surprisingly good for the price and I highly recommend this hotel to others.
