Great location but tired hotel with multiple maintenance problems.
Pros:

Great location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Leaking shower door which was reported and no action taken, constant beeping noise from onsite mechanical devices on Level 1, water leaking through the roof and lightening fittings during rainfall, blocking main entry to hotel with buckets of water. Video footage taken. Paid a premium price for a budget hotel in my view, very disappointing.

The location was very convenient, the pool area is beautiful.

Cons:

The pool water just didn't feel right.
No microwave, no smart tv so you can't stream. Balcony is shared and I think the back door was locked when I visited.

Good hotel, excellent restaurant
Pros:

The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. Sadly that so few people were there to enjoy it! Rooftop pool was very welcome on hot days.

Cons:

Some of the staff appeared to be insufficiently trained, with consequent delays while simple tasks had to be redone.

Great location and a nice room
Pros:

We had a music gig booked at the hindley street music hall and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t included so allow for the extra cost.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions I had. They also went above to accommodate my request, which made life a lot easier. I loved that when I had to call I was able to get through to someone right away - shout out to front desk!

Pros:

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, we ordered room service for dinner and the meals were great!

Cons:

House keeping knocked on our door and tried to enter at 9.00am saying reception had advised we were checking out early but they had the wrong room number
