Great location and a nice room
Pros:

We had a music gig booked at the hindley street music hall and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t included so allow for the extra cost.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions I had. They also went above to accommodate my request, which made life a lot easier. I loved that when I had to call I was able to get through to someone right away - shout out to front desk!

Pros:

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, we ordered room service for dinner and the meals were great!

Cons:

House keeping knocked on our door and tried to enter at 9.00am saying reception had advised we were checking out early but they had the wrong room number

Great location, friendly staff but room and food was not value for money.
Pros:

Good location and close to the Adelaide Oval and new years fireworks

Cons:

The floor in the room was really uneven! Like they placed carpet over concrete rubble! Bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, not great.

Beat stay in central Adelaide!
Pros:

I loved everything about this place. Very clean, generous sized room, comfy bed, great basement parking and a lovely rooftop swimming pool big enough for early morning laps and with plenty of seating around the poolside with views of the city. The breakfast was also amazing!

Probably wouldn't stay there next time
Pros:

The bed was very comfy. The room looked lovely and I really liked how the body wash etc was refillable to save wastage.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working very well, if at all.
In the restaurant at tea time, our drinks only came mid way through our meal.
