Cons:

Hotel is old and tired. Carpet not clean, I'm curtains dirty and falling apart at the top. Bench space for making coffee dirty and stained.

Extremely satisfied. Staff amazing. Africa and KD!
Pros:

The service was the best with a great meal in the bistro, and great staff. The room and amenities were comfortable and clean. Shout out to Africa and KD for such great service in the bistro and bar. They were amazing, quick with the food and drinks and enjoyable warm disposition. They are a credit to the venue and made my stay fun and enjoyable. Hope to stay and meet them again in the near future. Derek :)

Very agreeable stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Bistro food was good pub fare and plenty of it. Local shops and dining very good. Pond area is very picturesque.

We’ll see you again
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed and again it didn’t disappoint.
Staff were friendly and more than happy to accommodate any of our requests.
We ate at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

My only criticism is that it is looking very tired and an update would be great, however it is good value for money

Just a place to sleep, that’s all !
Pros:

Just very average. No real facilities, no option for breakfast. No coffee making in room . Noisy road outside my window.

Nothing really nice about the room or facilities!!
