Pros:

Room was nice. Location lovely. Staff nice.

Cons:

Stayed 2 nights. Given only 1 very small bottle of body wash for two people for two days. Used it on first day thinking it would be replaced for second day. Had to go buy some for next day as room not cleaned for second day so nothing replaced including coffee and milk. Had to ask for more. Bed not made up either. These things we expect to be automatic. 😡

Ask for a refurbished room.
Pros:

The staff is amazing and very helpful. They do their very best to work with the facility the proprietors have issued into their care.

Cons:

Initially the room we received was nothing like advertised. Old and lack of charature or charm, the furniture and space was inadequate for the functionality of 2 people. Bed was soft and spongy. And no ventilation in the room other than a air-conditioner.
After speaking with a very helpful manager we were give the opportunity to stay in a well maintained room which was everything you would expect.

Pros:

Good location for what we needed. .Plenty of parking.Was nice to have more than 1 towel each.

Cons:

The bed was very hard, light shining in the window at night as the curtains were too thin to block the light out. Room needs some updating/maintenance eg broken light fixtures, paint missing.

Cons:

The room i booked was advertised to have a jacuzzi/spa bath However the jacuzzi was broken and dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and the tv was not working
