some of the propperty like the door to the room and the pool need a bit of work
I liked the exterior. The staffe were firendly and helpful too.
Interior was dank and unhygenic. Unfortunately there were bugs that had got into the room, including in the bed, as they had made their way in from under the door.

Great location and the staff are lovely
The property definitely needs a bit of modernisation as it's all a bit run-down and sad. I cut both of my legs getting in the bath as there was a cracked tile in the bathroom (so was also concerned for my kids). We also found an old, used, cigarette in our room.
Booked this hotel as a last minute stay and honestly couldn’t have been happier with our experience!
We were greeted by the friendliest staff member at the desk, I really wish I had remembered her name! She kindly upgraded our room and as I’m pregnant placed us on a lower floor which I really appreciated. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the bed was SO comfy!!!!! I was genuinely so impressed with how comfortable it was. Dinner at the bistro was also delicious.
The next day, we weren’t sure where we were going to be staying and didn’t have anything booked. Around 5pm, I called to see if they had a room available for us again and whether a late check-in around 12:30–1am would be possible. They were so accommodating and made it work for us.
When we arrived, we were so happy to be greeted by the same lovely staff member from the night before! They were also able to give us the same room and organise a late check-out, which was incredibly appreciated after arriving so late.
I honestly can’t recommend staying here enough. The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!
