Lovely place to stay in Launceston
Pros:

The position, the comfy bed, the hot shower and clean.. was a lovely stay, the nice continental breakfast, anx very good value for money

Will definitely recommend and visit again!
Pros:

Pretty good value for money for a family of six. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, and smart TV gave ample entertainment. Complimentary coffee & tea were enjoyed.
Conveniently short walking distance to Launceston CBD. Free onsite parking is always an absolute bonus!
Great communication from hotel re: booking, and staff were so lovely & helpful.

Cons:

We were looking forward to a wider range of hot breakfast apart from toast but was not clearly explained in the booking details that a hot breakfast option was to order for an extra fee. Apart from that, we were sufficiently fed.

Pros:

Location was great, suggestions for places to eat for dinner was good, clean rooms, comfy bed, great heating, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff. great having free parking too. Good TV, easy to use.

Excellent and will return often.
Pros:

Check in was efficient. The access to the room was fine. The breakfast was just as I like it - comfy surrounding and pleasant staff.

Cons:

No chocolate option with coffees. Minor point only.

Great location, lovely staff and very reasonably priced with free parking.
Pros:

Breakfast was a continental spread which was definitely sufficient but somewhat basic. It was a buffet set up so you can take as much as desired.

Cons:

Limited tea bags in the room, black tea only which was mildly irritating. In fairness, I could probably have requested alternatives... ie green tea!

Pros:

Free breakfast was a plus. Room was good, bed very comfortable. Great location and value for money.

Cons:

The single bed that was also in our room was literally just in a gloomy corner of the room. Not a major issue, but the area it was in could have definitely done with some painting or something to match the standard of the rest of the room. Also, reception is closed until 2pm so don't expect early check-in if you go (wasn't a problem for us).

Amazing location with beautiful staff
Pros:

The location and the free continental breakfast

Cons:

The property was great- but the shower could be improved by having a door on it so water didn’t spray everywhere. Also the single room didn’t have a door.
