Pros:

Great location within easy walking distance of the CBD and even Cataract Gorge if you're fit. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. Tim was very friendly and helpful, happy to share his knowledge about the place and I really appreciated that I could store my luggage there until I was picked up in the afternoon.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast on the day I was there but hadn't expected it to be included in the price, so I guess it was still a win-win :)

Great staff and comfy hotel. Ticked all the boxes for the price
Pros:

Location was good. The room was fine with a comfy bed.
Continental breakfast was very good

Cons:

All OK but there was a lack of lighting in the bathroom which would definitely be an issue for the ladies

Pros:

Good sized rooms, lots of variety in the continental breakfast (included), easy walk to CBD of Launceston and to riverfront. Only 2km to Cataract Gorge

No shear curtains at window so we felt very exposed to the street.

Cons:

The air conditioner leaked a lot of water, we couldn’t get help to solve the problem so we used the bin to collect the water.

With Three people staying couple plus a friend, the shower and toilet were inadequate.
