Pros:

Great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The price was good for the quality of the accommodation, and the location was ideal for getting around and exploring the area. The breakfast was fantastic and a wonderful way to start the day. I would happily stay here again. 😊

Very disappointing and I would not recommend this property.

Location was good.
It was clean.
Free parking.

Cons:

The property was tired and dated.
The breakfast was below par.
They ran out of boiled eggs and when asked were there anymore the reply was no.
The aircon in the room was making a loud noice and when I mentioned it to the receptionist she seemed to know about it.

Lovely stay in Launceston
Pros:

In a handy spot for walking to the restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Really nice staff. Good level of cleanliness.

Cons:

Room decor is getting a little dated, but still function perfectly well.
