The room was very clean and good size. Location was very easy to get to from the highway and in walking distance to different food options and entertainment such as the movie theater.

My wife is handicapped and in a wheelchair. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room and it was excellent. A roll in shower and the room itself was spacious for wheelchairs.
Property met expectations. Bar service could use some improvement, but otherwise, it was a great hotel.
For a suburban hotel, this is an extraordinarily quality stay. The staff is professional, the rooms are well designed, well equipped and quiet, the fitness room is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel—inclusive of the large downtown hotels I’ve stayed in throughout the US. The food options via the Starbucks embed are varied and good.

Hardly any laundry units and beds were not at all Queen size and not very comfortable.
I had reserved a two night stay for a wedding this past weekend. When I went to check in, the hotel staff told me that I no longer had a room there, even though it had been reserved for a month. I was told they allowed someone to extend their stay, which took up my room. What's the point of reserving a room if you don't get it to begin with.
The Manager wouldn't cover both nights at another hotel, so because of Marriott's mistake, I lost out on money. They are supposed to be a good chain, even a partner of the NFL as they proudly proclaim with signs, but they have horrible business and customer service.
The hotel was overbooked. I was sold a room that was not avaliable. We spent the next 10 hours trying to find a new hotel. Hotels .com needs to make it right!!!!
