Pros:

it was in a great location, close to everything we needed

Mantra chain really not up to date in this hotel - needs new staff and a renovation
Pros:

Close to the location of the concert at Margaret Court arena.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't really like, just found the staff were very junior to hospitality, not at all welcoming or accommodating.
One bedroom suite was small for the three of us.
Room was very outdated but clean. Bed was ok.
Asked for an extra towel and pillows, told we needed to collect the towels from front desk and they will deliver the pillows. Asked twice, still no extra pillow on our very late return from the concert, was not going to ask three times so went without. We did receive the extra towel from reception.
Asked to book us an early am taxi (430am), PM reception team did not do this but on our return after we checked, the night duty team member did book on our behalf which we were thankful for. Taxi arrived without issue.

Convenient location to Rod Laver and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, the shower was excellent. There was free filtered water in reception. The microwave was handy. Staff were very friendly and explained things well.

Pros:

Basic accomodation, nothing special, clean room. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast included, but the food was cold. Toaster took ages to toast a slice of bread.
