Pros:

Loved the location and the apartment was really nice.

Cons:

That when we moved the beds a little there were someone else clothes poking out. A pair of kids shorts, kids T shirt and a pair of adult socks.

Great location, underwhelming and confusing customer service.
Pros:

Great location- close to Aus Open and Myer Music Bowl

Cons:

‘King suite’ was very basic, definitely not $300+ worthy. Check in staff couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. $50 to park the car in an extremely challenging tight car space - wasn’t told about the charge until check out - surprise! Also, the only hotel car park I have been asked to leave my keys at reception (after I park it myself!) yeah not doing that mate. Would be nice to be offered an opportunity to have breakfast etc, but as the staff couldn’t get rid of me quick enough we ate elsewhere. Underwhelming experience
