It was OK, seen better and worse.
Pros:

It is a good location, close to the centre of town.

Cons:

Communication between staff relaing to checkout times. TV locked up with a system message displayed over the centre of the screen blocking out a large part of the picture. One of the staff showed us how to fix when we reported it at check out.

Pros:

The location was good with plenty of car parking. The pool was great being in a private spot. Rooms nice and clean.

Cons:

The pool itself probably needs a bit of rework with cracked tiles. Everything else was good.

If not for the staf I would never consider staying here again
Pros:

The staff here are awesome and the property is fairly central to everything. The restaurant is also good.

Cons:

The first room we were given had water leaking from the AC which resulted in a wet, musty smelling carpet. We were then moved to a new room which was lovely, but the first room was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

Fabulous location but it needs money spent on it to make it worth the cost of the room
Pros:

The central locality was fabulous!

Cons:

There weren’t any lifts to access the rooms upstairs. I took my elderly mother not realising there were upstairs room and when I asked to swap to a ground floor I was told there were no swaps available. Then our tv dud not work with the remote and we had to call reception to get the tv working which she did but then the next morning it wouldn’t work again

Disappointing experience
Pros:

Avoid MacDonalds side - order taking in drive through goes all night & will keep you awake. TV didn’t work, insufficient cutlery, shower head needs to be replaced.

Quiet room - great place to have a good night's sleep
Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay here. If you are a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting one of the many rooms away from the main street. It was also a bonus having secure on-site parking when driving back late at night. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff at reception were absolutely lovely.
